When You're Afraid to Talk to Your Boss
Warning! Relationship patterns from your past can influence your relationships at work now — without your knowledge or consent."I'm so angry about my schedule that I'm ready to quit this job, too! I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. It's the third time in four years. I'm getting worried about how unstable I'll look on my resume." Elizabeth was fuming.A negative situation that happens over and over again frequently is like a red flag to me. As a relationship coach, I’m curious. Elizabeth seems like a competent professional. In order to understand the thought process in the legal system it is important to understand how the individuals involved interpret things. When it comes to the treatment of statutory rape offenders, for example, this is but one attitude that can be found in such places as the LawEnforcement NetBase(1):

"These offenders [referring to statutory rapists in consensual situations] tend to function fairly well aside of their recent abusive or sexually assaultive behavior. They tend not to present with personality disorders or other mental health disorders, and tend not to have abusive backgrounds or difficulty with employment or in relationships in general."

Maybe it's because consensual sexual relations are normal? In other words, those in the legal system are predisposed to prejudice based on the existence of the law and are, to a good degree, unable to think objectively about it due to their occupational position. Let me show you yet another example of how this occurs everyday by offering a snippet of conversation given to me by a MoralOutrage.Net member:

    No Credit Check Cash Loans
In no credit check cash loans, a credit may be either revocable or irrevocable. The credit should therefore clearly indicate whether it is revocable or irrevocable. A revocable credit is one which can be cancelled or amended by the issuing bank at any time without prior notice to the beneficiary. The cancellation, or amendment, takes effect against the bank that has negotiated bills under the credit only on receipt of notice of such cancellation. The issuing is liable for bills negotiated conforming to the terms and conditions of the credit before the notice of revocation is received by the negotiating bank.A revocable credit may be amen

Loans: Can Negative-Cash Flow Companies Get Financing?
If your company’s fortunes reverse, resulting in negative cash flow, where can you turn for a loan? What about pre-profit start-ups, where are they to turn? All is not lost. There are specialty lenders who cater to companies facing these challenges. Most lenders shun companies beset with negative cash flow for the obvious reasons. A credit basic is to avoid borrowers with insufficient cash flow to service debt obligations and operating requirements. Negative cash flow often signals deeper borrower issues and usually represents a large red flag for most lenders. For certain specialty lenders, however, companies with negative cash flo

    Domain Name Registration Explained
Registering a domain name is a pretty straight forward process. In fact the hardest part of registering a domain name is coming up with a name that has not already been registered. There are some people who have never registered a domain name, they have left it up to a third party or have always used free hosting. Here is simple explanation of how to register a domain. The first thing you need to come up with is the name itself, this believe it or not is the hardest part. As there have been so many domain names registered there are not many choices left for keywords to use in your domain name. There are two routes you can go down for choo

How Customer Communications Impact Selling Strategies
Your customers have changed. If you noticed the difference, are you making adjustments to communicate better with them? You know, it wasn't long ago that selling and communicating with customers was clear-cut. There were only three ways to reach customers. We could meet them in person, send them postal mail or call them on the telephone. The Internet Changed Everything The telephone is taking a back seat to mail and email communications these days. Perhaps your telephone is not ringing like it used to. It might have started when voice mail became a necessity for business. The trend of fewer returned telephone calls

Young Girl: "He didn't victimize me, I wanted to have sex with him."
Police Officer: "That's what he wants you to believe."
Young Girl: "I had sex because I wanted it, not because anybody made me think I wanted it."

Can you see the circular reasoning? The law states that minors are unable to legally consent therefore those in the legal system simply dismiss the logic that teens can and do consent. Their logic is based on the law instead of the laws being based on logic. I can find no better example of this legal bigotry than from Georgia's own top Republican senator, Eric Johnson, of Savannah. Every one familiar with the Genarlow Wilson case understands the absurdity of his case. He was 17 when he was convicted of having consensual oral sex with a 15 year old. Many appeals to logic and common sense have gone through the courts but they have been consistently opposed by Rep. Eric Johnson. His opposition to common sense and his stupidity (and I use that word in its fullest for
