Employment: Unfair Dismissal – Award – Polkey Reduction
In Dockerty v FM Fabrications, Dockerty claimed that he had been unfairly dismissed by his employers, FM Fabrications. Real Estate can be a great investment with unusual appreciation. We have had several years years of exceptional annual appreciation.

We are still having great appreciation, perhaps as much as 20% annually in some areas. But, it is not as extensive nor as much as it was. Real Estate as an investment can be fairly good to best in the world -- but it is an investment that is best viewed over the long term; There can be long periods when it does not go up in value much, if at all. Taken over a period of decades or even centuries, nothing on earth beats it.

Outsourcing Means Fast Efficient Turnover and a Competitive Edge
An invaluable tool to business growth is outsourcing. It can be used strategically to influence corporate growth and financial stability. The key is to outsource work which is non-essential or areas where the company lacks expertise. This frees valuable resources which can focus on areas of competitive advantage.Growth can be enumerated in many ways not just in costs saved. When you outsource a specific project you save on time and resources spent on training required to complete the project successfully. You can harness the talent, technology, and expertise of niche providers. By outsourcing, you can appoint a consultant or company who has core competencies in the field and can complete the project wit

Do You Really Need to Be Thinking about Investing?
The answer to this question is the same for every person – yes. Unless you have guaranteed access to an unlimited supply of funds, then you will undoubtedly need to apply some investing strategies at some point in your life in order to ensure your financial stability and well being throughout your lifetime. The fact is that we cannot predict the future, but we can help to prepare for it financially.First, most investing experts will recommend that you have more than one kind of investment – those that you can ‘touch’ and those that you can’t. For example, many experts recommend that you have a savings account that is easily accessible in an emergency and that is funded with the equivalent of a minimum of three months

    Three Rules For Selling Success
If you will keep these three things in mind as you go about selling your products and services, you will have greater success. You have to understand that selling is a process and not a single act. True selling is satisfying a real need of a buyer.First you must get the attention of your perspective buyer. There are many voices calling in the marketplace. You have to find a way to stand out from the crowd. On the Internet, you have a very short window of time to do this in. Use a catchy title or headline to capture your buyers' attention. Font size, color, graphics, as well as text all can be used successfully. Use your imagination and don't be afraid to experiment. When you shop what catches your attention

Consolidated Credit Cards: Good Idea or Not?
Are you a recent college graduate? Did you accumulate thousands of dollars worth of liabilities spread out over multiple your credit card accounts? Are you planning to combine the credit card accounts with a much lesser APR in order to save some dollars and make that monthly payment more convenient? Do you have a good credit record and pay on time? Need help? The problem with most of the credit card consolidations is getting approval for the higher credit limit. In fact, most of the consolidated credit card deals are very tight when it comes to credit card limits. Most of the people who want to consolidate their credit card have the same problem. For example, most of the students in college are planning

Another problem with real estate is that it is not liquid, that is, it is not easy to convert to cash -- like stocks, bonds, and savings accounts are. Real estate is particularly non-liquid during a downturn in our markets. You will

not likely hear this anywhere else, especially from other Realtors, but real estate is not a great investment, it is usually a good investment but not always, and not all the time -- when looked at short term.

Too many people buy real estate as an investment and forget that there are other reasons to buy. I suggest that you will be much happier if you purchase real estate for use and for lifestyle rather than as an investment, when it comes to your place of residence or your second home.  Perhaps it should be almost entirely about lif
