    Here are some daily strategies to help you get through your day.

    However bad your "good nights sleep" is when you wake up, forget about it. when your feet hit the floor. When I cannot sleep I envision my dream house and walking my dogs in our woods, hitting the lake. What you think about most you will create. My kids are older, so when I get up they are usually gone or still asleep, I like my husband to be on his way to work when I rise so I have no conflict to start my day.. (Marriage can be tough) :-)

    Daily schedule... Schedule the time you spend on your advertising.. Schedule when you will get the house 'picked up", schedule doing laundry. In my house this is done all day, I have yet to make the kids do their own laundry. They will be gone soon so I appreciate doing this for them. Write everything down from picking the kids up to making dinner to making your follow up calls to your business training.

Lift weights and watch your under arms tighten, your belly firm quicker, your rear get smaller and tighter.
