Another factor that can plague the organic growth of a company is the mindset and location of it's venture capitalists. If they are not regionally committed to the back bone of where that facility will grow, this can have detrimental affects on the longevity of that plant. In a global economy this is can no longer be an after thought, mortgages, payments, peoples livelihood depend on it.
