America Beware, Hillary Clinton May Run For President
America is the greatest country in the world. Our citizens are caring, generous, trusting and forgiving. Those are some of the traits that make our country so great and so strong. Those traits can also be some of our biggest weaknesses. We are always willing to give people a second, third or even a fourth chance. We want to believe in the goodness of others even when they have shown us time and again that they are not good. We are always ready to give others the benefit of the doubt. Because of the foregoing, we get taken advantage of over and over again. We believe that France is our friend and ally, even though it has proved, time and again, it cares only about itself. The cold war is allegedly over and we call Russia our ally, even though they try to sabotage almost everything we get involved with and even though they constantly support our enemies. We call China our friend and trading partner, even though the leaders of China would like nothing better than to oversee the demise of the United States. Some of us cheer at the thought that, Hillary Clinton might be our next President, even though, in my opinion, she cares nothing about the United States or its citizens. In my opinion (Note: These are all strictly my opinions. I am not not an expert and I don't know everything.), Hillary Clinton, cares for nothing, other than her own desires for power over the rest of us, and I don't trust her any further than I can throw the White House. She is ver

The 12 Most Common Newsletter Design Mistakes
Your newsletter’s success depends on its design. An attractive, easy to read newsletter encourages readers to pay attention to your message. However, cluttered, hard to read newsletters discourage readership – no matter how good the ideas contained inside. Before they begin to read your newsletter, your clients and prospects will be judging the value of your ideas by your newsletter’s design. Effective design pre-sells your competence and makes it easy for readers to understand your message. Design also helps set your newsletters apart from the competition. Here are five of the 12 most common newsletter design mistakes that are made.1.) Nameplate clutter: Design begins with the nameplate, or newsletter title set in type at the top of the front page. Nameplate problems often include:Unnecessary words. Words like ‘the’ and ‘newsletter’ are rarely needed. Readers will unconsciously supply a ‘the’ in front of a title, if desired. It should be obvious from the design and content of your publication that it is a newsletter and not a business card or advertisement.Logos and association seals. Your newsletter’s title should not compete with other graphic images, such as your firm’s logo and the logos of trade or membership associations. These can be placed elsewhere on the page, allowing the nameplate to emerge with clarity and impact.Graphic accents, like decorative borders and shaded backgrounds, o

Probability - If You Don't Understand It, It Will Cost You Money
Probability is very relevant to trading, and one of the main things I look for when entering trades for example, is to have a high probability of having a profitable trade. In other words, because all of my conditions have been met, I enter the trade with confidence knowing there is a fair chance of the trade resulting in a profit. As we know, there are never any certainties.Probability has its place in money management too, specifically position sizing.Let’s set the scene. Perhaps we have a trading method that results in half of our trades being profits and the other half being losses or close to breakeven. We start with $10000 and after a few losses, our trading capital has lessened to $9400. (3 x $200 losses in successive trades). Now, we begin to think that we are behind and need to make up the deficit so we can move forward and begin to make money. As each losing trade passes however, the money we need to make to get back to breakeven (back to the initial $10000) increases and we have less and less capital to do it with, which places pressure on us to perform. The trap we can fall into is to increase our trade size on the back of successive losses. In the back of our mind are desperation, and the thought that we need to have a massive winner trade soon to get back on track. Here is where probability enters the scene. As each losing trade passes, we can easily think that the chance of the next trade being a pro

Work Place Communication in Trucking with Dispatchers
Workplace communication is not just important in office work. In many industries the workplace is larger than just the office. Consider if you will a trucking company that is nationwide with trucks and dispatchers serving the entire North American continent. There are such companies and there are large corporations, which deliver their own product who also run nationwide; consider Wal-Mart which operates in Mexico, the United States and Canada. It's trucks and dispatchers must deliver all the products and goods to their stores on-time so that the rest of the population can find the product that they are looking for on the shelves. Now consider 190,000 SKUs in a super Wal-Mart and how all those products have to get to market. Now do you understand the importance of workplace communication with trucking and with dispatchers? You see, workplace communication in the trucking industry has called a long way. Today, dispatchers can actually see a virtual dashboard with all the instruments of the truck and dashboard on of their computer. The dispatcher has GPS to know where all the trucks are and can see the engine speed, oil pressure, fuel gauge, speedometer and even some of these new systems show the tire pressure in each tire of the 18 Wheeler’s tires. All this helps with workplace communication between the trucker and the dispatcher. If trucking companies can do all this and more at long-distance then imagine what you can do wit

Mobile Phones: Soon to be Used as Music Players
Musicians are trying to reach their fans directly through mobile phones preferring them over the conventional record labels.Music tracks are being offered for download on mobiles to give the left- of –center music a presence in a potentially large market place. In a bid to provide music to mobiles and turning them into handy jukeboxes, mobile operators and handset makers are trying new innovations. Brands like Sony Ericsson are bringing out a collection of Walkman phones and some brands are working on an iTunes-compatible mobile. Although, most people own digital music players, mobile phone is one device that people always carry with them. So, integration between mobiles and music can spell great business. With the mobile phones becoming more stylish and refined and offering more memory, the industry is exploring ways to fulfill people’s desire for digital music on the move.Artists don’t have to depend anymore on a record label for sales; they are free to make their own music deals. Mobile phones give them an opportunity to sell tracks quickly. Some tracks like Andy Cato's tunes will not have any digital rights protection, like other tracks do. This will enable the fans to transfer the tunes without any restraints to a PC or a CD. Also, these tunes cannot be stopped from appearing on a file-sharing network. The popular trend of digital music has enforced everyone in the mobile industry to make plans to use the technology in

As an international centre of business, the City of London hosts countless business events and conventions at any given time of the year. Moreover, many UK and worldwide business’ headquarters are based in London, prompting routine and special business meetings to take place in the city. Consequently, the city of London is well practiced at catering to the business industry and providing its fleeting business commuters with the best accommodation and business facilities available.Certainly, one thing that London's business travellers will never have trouble finding is suitable accommodation. And whilst hotels which cater specifically to business travellers can be found all across the city, an increasing number of these travellers are choosing to stay in London's various airport hotels - and with good reason, as there are various benefits to staying in an airport hotel while on your business trip to London. For instance, on arriving in London, you won’t have to endure another leg of your journey in an effort to wade through the hectic London traffic to reach your hotel. Moreover, airport hotels usually have shuttle services from the airport, so you and your luggage can be comfortably and conveniently transported to your accommodation.
