She left one child, and a nasty court battle which is apparently being waged by people who have a claim to being close to her but who don't really care whether or not she eventually gets to rest and who have made her baby daughter into a prize to be claimed. Mr. Werner is survived by his mother, stepfather, brother, wife and members of a community which grieves for his loss and which is trying to support his family.

Let's leave this discussion for just a couple of minutes to try to put some things in perspective.
