Top 5 Characteristics of Great Salespeople
I am a big believer that great salespeople generally realize their greatness, rather than being borne that way. OK, sure we've all heard somebody in sales who told us that they've been in sales all their life. It all started when they were a kid, selling lemonade from their lemonade stand for a dime, or selling magazines door to door. But this is really more a reflection of the family environment that they grew up in that may have encouraged or necessitated this than anything else. Even if you didn't sell seeds or magazine subscriptions door to door as a kid, you still have a chance at greatness in sales. I gave this topic some thought because of a call I received today from one of my readers. She mentioned how the perception she had of salespeople growing up, was different than what she felt were her own personal strengths. So I thought today, that I'd share with you what I believe to be the primary characteristics of outstanding salespeople. #1 - Results Focused If you are selling for someone else, what they care about most is whether or not you get the sales that they ask for (i.e. did you make your quota or not). One of best

    Audit Planning Jobs
The purpose of audit planning is to fully understand the business of the company being audited and the operating environment. Audit planning will also establish and notate the major audit risks within the company—essentially to give a heads up to the auditor so they can properly assess the company.Another job responsibility for Audit Planners is internal controls testing which is done before and after the year end audit. This looks at the processes, controls and protocols within the company’s infrastructure—by checking the security of the computer systems and accounting reconciliation. The auditor may not perform internal control testing while doing their audit as they do not expect the internal controls to be reliable systematic approaches. The audit in this case follows a ‘substantive approach’, when no internal control testing is done before or during the audit. For audit risks, the planner will outline the major risks for the auditor in case the auditor issues the wrong opinion. One example of these major risks are sales representatives who overstate their sales figures which leads to overstated revenue. This will allow the auditor to kno
    -- New Revised Standard
Isaiah 32:17 The effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust forever.

The New King James says it like this.
Isaiah 32:17 The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.

I have a question to ask, have you ever considered that righteousness has an effect? The prophet Isaiah said it is quietness and trust or assurance forever.

This is something to strive for. However we must understand what righteousness is and how we can receive this effect. Many would say it is the result of holy living. In other words, if you live a holy life then you are righteous. I believe this is not accurate, it is the other way around. If you are righteous, it will effect you, and that effect will be to walk in holiness. God's Word tells us in 1Pt:1:16: Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. We certainly can not be holy on our own. We know our own righteousness is as filthy rags. So how do we achieve this?

A Look At Some The Options Available For Inkjet Refills
Although you might have originally think that the most expensive part of your computer was the original purchase, if you have had your computer for longer than a couple months and print out documents often probably know by now that computer upkeep is more than some bargained for. In addition to the original price, you have to keep an updated virus protection program, buy paper all of the time, as well as keep the ink cartridges full. For those that print off their computer for business of personal purposes, they know how much of a financial burden can be posed when the ink cartridge runs low.The cost associated with trying to keep up the printer maintenance can range from as low as $10 or so for a color inkjet cartridge and up to as high as $50-$75 for laser toner cartridges. You may be able to fill your existing ink cartridge 3 or 4 times for the same price it would cost you to purchase a new one. When trying to make ends meet there are some different options you can consider. Ink jet refill kits can be purchased to save some money but there are some definite down sides to attempting this task on your own. This process requires that you use

    Riding the Waves to Success
Last week I was confused and frustrated about a few things related to one of my businesses, and a bit upset with myself and "The Universe." As a result, I went into a deep meditation to get some clarity and help.In response to my questions and requests for help, my Director/Inner CEO asked to me make a shift in the way I was looking at my business affairs (although as you'll see, the advice I got applies to personal life too). He suggested that I start looking at the ebb and flow of opportunities in my businesses like it was surfing. He then gave me a really great metaphor and some powerful insights I'd like to share with you now. What do you do when you surf? First, you've got to have the primary tool for surfing - a surfboard. Next, you've got to master the core surfing skills or you won't have any fun and you may get hurt. Then what do you do? You wait for a day when the surf is up and the waves will be great for riding. When that day comes, you go to the beach, get in the water, swim out, watch and wait for great waves. When you see what looks like a great wave coming, you start paddling at just the

One-Third Of Condos Purchased By Single Women
Who knew that single women are gaining important strength in home purchase decisions? One is The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the other is a Fannie Mae study from 2003. Fannie Mae projects that by 2010 thirty-one million households in the United States will be headed by women. That’s an impressive number, one not lost on businesses like home improvement, furniture and other nesting-oriented corporations.Plus single women home buyers purchased 1 in 5 homes in 2003, far outpacing single men who bought 1 in 10 homes in the same year. NAR also reported that single women are more than nine percent more likely to own their own homes than men. On top of these impressive primary residence numbers, single women also purchased thirteen percent of all second, resort or vacations homes in 2003.What single women home buyers are looking for:-Properties that show a history of being well maintained and managed.-Close access to mass transportation for commuting to work.-Walking neighborhoods. On evenings and week ends, they prefer to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, services and grocery stores.-Off-street parking.
Vines Greek dictionary of righteousness is… "the character or quality of being right or just"; it was formerly spelled "rightwiseness," which clearly expresses the meaning. It is used to denote an attribute of God, and that of a gracious gift of God to men whereby all who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ are brought into right relationship with God. This righteousness is unattainable by obedience to any law, or by any merit of man's own, or any other condition than that of faith in Christ... The man who trusts in Christ becomes 'the righteousness of God in Him,' 2 Cor. 5:21, i.e., becomes in Christ all that God requires a man to be, all that he could never be in himself.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

If we could have obtained this righteousness by living a holy lifestyle then Jesus would not have had to come. As we just read "He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

We could not have become the righteousness of God in Him until Jesus became sin. This had to happen because we could not have obtained it any other way.

Romans 4:3 declares… For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.''

Abraham lived 430 years before the law. We know that even if he had the law he could not have kept it. The Apostle Paul sai
