Added for You - Eliminate Cronic Back Pain In 5 Minutes A Day By Retraining Your Brain! Totally Free And Effortless
The One and Only Way to Successful Net Marketing minutes of birth!Just the other day I was very pleasantly surprised when an old friend of mine from whom I haven’t heard since over a year called me. After the usual “how’s the weather over there?” talking I quickly found myself engaged in an excited discussion about web design. After half an hour of conversation where we were talking about a lot of technical stuff I remembered how we started this conversation and BANG, it hit me. Why?My friend actually started this conversation by asking me about my work as an ecommerce and web marketing consultant! So how did we end up talking about web design and programming? Well, when I answered him he only picked out wha Unfortunately, if you feed garbage into a computer you will get garbage out, so as you age, practice poor posture, try new physical skills, hurt yourself, etc. you will eventually have too many outdated or erroneous programs setup and the poor brain may grab the wrong one in the fraction of a second allowed and poke your eye instead of touching your nose! Eventually or periodically you need to do some reprogramming to correct the false programs stored that no longer are correct for your body or condition! So, how do we train the brain? The same Omega 3 Fatty Acids And Their Effect On NSAID Use In Rheumatoid Arthritis Years ago I was addicted to chiropractors, having dislocated a few vertebra from heavy construction work!Rheumatoid arthritis is a condition that's characterised by inflammation of the joints as well as other organs in the body. And NSAIDs or anti inflammatory drugs are often used to relieve symptoms such as stiffness, pain and swelling. However, as with all medications there are side effects that can occur. And sometimes they are not fully effective. That's where natural remedies can help treat inflammatory conditions, as an adjunct or in addition to traditional medicine. Here's a study of whether high dose omega 3 fatty acids in the form of fish oil helps rheum Not just one but three vertebra would bulge sideways 3/8ths of an inch and I was back in for another adjustment, often three times a week! After a few years of paying someone to treat me I decided it was time to learn how to do it myself. Befriending my chiropractor (I was his best customer) I started borrowing his books and read every one before suddenly all the pieces fell into place! I did not have a back problem, I had a brain problem! Think for a moment what your spine is - little more then a string of beads but unfortunately the string passing through the middle is made of all your nerves that feed to the brain! Get a little misalignment and you get serious pressure on nerves and unbearable pain. Is your back bad, NO your brain is doing a crappy job! In order to keep the spine aligned there are groups of muscles between each vertebra and guess who tells each of them how much to pull to attain perfect alignment - the brain! It has to setup "computer programs" to selectively and sequentially activate many dozens of muscles in a precision order to just keep us vertical. Move a little and another series of signals must adjust the muscles, or we would fold up like a rag doll. When you hold the phone on your shoulder with your cheek for an hour you are telling your brain that that is the position you prefer, so it now maintains an off balance position with the spine curved unnaturally, soon forcing pain to ruin your day! Have a sore muscle, it then adjusts to reduce the tension on that muscle, to prevent damaging it more, and again you are thrown out of alignment! Being a great computer the brain is capable of some amazing tricks - quickly touch the end of your nose - do you realize how many muscles needed instant signals sent to them for that simple task, without poking you in the eye? You had to precisely rotate your shoulder, elbow and wrist besides moving a dozen bones. A newborn has few programmed muscle motions so wildly kicks and gropes for months, setting up a series of mini-computer programs to grasp or crawl. Animals with lessor brains are gifted with some pre-programing, instinctively knowing how to get on their feet within minutes of birth! In one of her wonderful blog entries (Kimmunications) she defines success in entrepreneurialism this way, “One is E + S + I = FS and the other is .2(S) + .8(M) = FS. For those of you who don't like math, I can picture your eyes starting to glaze over now, but stick with me. I am not about to get all nerdy on you.“The first is a formulaic expression of something [I have said] before. Financial success comes from thinking like an entrepreneur (E), saving prodigiously (S), and investing wisely (I). Hence, E + S + I = FS.“The second refers to my belie In order to keep the spine aligned there are groups of muscles between each vertebra and guess who tells each of them how much to pull to attain perfect alignment - the brain! Move a little and another series of signals must adjust the muscles, or we would fold up like a rag doll. How do you choose a subject when you want to write an article? It can seem very difficult - but ONLY if you think about it too much! Many people simply feel that they have no worthy views or experiences to share and this is where the block sets in. "What if nobody likes the subject I am writing about"? "What if nobody like the way I write about a subject"? "What if nobody likes ME"?These are all barriers that shouldn't even be there in the first place. People can either read your articles or not. It is up to them to decide - just like when you read a newspaper, you choose what to read and if you don't like a particular piece, you move on When you hold the phone on your shoulder with your cheek for an hour you are telling your brain that that is the position you prefer, so it now maintains an off balance position with the spine curved unnaturally, soon forcing pain to ruin your day! The same Should You Consolidate Your Debts minutes of birth! As a general rule, larger sums of money can be borrowed at lower rates of interest. So if you’re in the position where you have a number of small loans, you may want to consider consolidating all your loans into one larger loan at a lower rate of interest. But, as always, I feel that it’s my duty to warn you of the unseen pitfalls that are associated with consolidation loans. Now it goes without saying that you should avoid accepting consolidation loans from mysterious companies that advertise in the back of national newspapers. Many of them are only one step up the food chain from loan sharks, and their interest rates are usually astrono Unfortunately, if you feed garbage into a computer you will get garbage out, so as you age, practice poor posture, try new physical skills, hurt yourself, etc. you will eventually have too many outdated or erroneous programs setup and the poor brain may grab the wrong one in the fraction of a second allowed and poke your eye instead of touching your nose! Eventually or periodically you need to do some reprogramming to correct the false programs stored that no longer are correct for your body or condition! So, how do we train the brain? The same as we train our dog new tricks, by repetition! By trial and error I determine that (50) repetitions are enough to teach the brain new tricks! I taught myself how to throw a coin from one hand to the other behind my back, a magicians trick, by doing it over and over until I had determined and stored the complex sequence of muscle motions needed to actually catch it every time. I also taught myself how to flip a coin and catch it so heads was up 90% of the time! That was partly a hand/eye visual trick of watching it rotate and knowing as I felt it hit my hand if I should flip it over before opening my hand. Repetition for days was needed before the "final" correct sequence was stored. In that every muscle has a tension sensor embedded in the tendon connected to it, the spinal motion to retrain the brain clearly became a simple rotation from all the way left to all the way right, slowly repeated (50) times. So what do we teach the brain with that? Very simply how much pull or tension is allowed on every tiny rotator muscle connected to the spine. The tension signals are later used as position signals. Do not force nor surge but while comfortably seated or standing rotate your shoulders and head in one direction until a single point of tension is felt in the neck and lower spine and then slowly rotate in the other direction until another tension point is found. Repeat up to (50) times! The brains "computer can then easily do quick math to determine where the center or neutral point should be and thus the entire muscle sequence for a balanced spinal position and viola no more pain, as a spinal adjustment was just made, by your brain! The "correct program" will be remembered until you send too much more garbage data from bad posture and reprogramming is needed again! I find that a few seconds of rotating until mild tension is felt in each direction is all the practise I now need daily! While sounding like a limbering up exercise it is a repetitive series of signals to retrain the brain and can be used on any body part, such as a golfer hitting (100) balls in a row, to teach the brain a specific sequence of motions! Practise makes perfect! My last chiropractic visit was 10 years ago and I continue to be relaxed and limber at 72 years of age!
