• The types of exercises should be fat burning exercises and include: walking, jogging, cycling, weight training (light weights), and yoga – which is lower impact and especially good. A yoga book that I constantly refer people to is 'Yoga in Focus - postures, sequences, meditations' by Jesse Chapman, this has a number of exercises that will help with improving circulation and burning fat.

• Regular massage of the affected area can also help – always massage towards the head for the most benefit (ie upwards strokes).

Detoxify your system – this is very important in your natural cellulite remedy. Many impurities and toxins are stored as fat. As you lose weight you need to make sure that these are removed.

Drink plenty of fresh filtered water (more than 10 glasses per day) and consume a high fiber diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
