It is all in how you are feeling that brings it to you... or not. You need to be relaxed, and coming from a place of expectation and excitement about what you want.

If you are feeling stressed, pressured, or negative you are putting up a big resistance for attracting what you desire.

For me, being on the beach in Mexico for a month completely decompressed me left me feeling great. Soon I felt pure and positive energy.

2. Make a specific request
This is the easy part. Get clear on what it is you want. Be specific and consistent in your request.

For example, one day you ask for "blue" and the next day for "yellow." You soon get frustrated because keep getting "green" (which is "blue" and "yellow" mixed together) it is because you are not being consistent in your request.

Stay clear and consistent in your request. The best way to do this is to write it down.

Now make your request twice a day, from that paper. As you wake up in the morning and as you go to sleep the evening.

3. Do not worry about how
For many of us, this is the most difficult step. We all think we know how getting what we want is supposed to go or how it should show up.

We get into trouble when we think we know how our "perfect" romance, business, vacation, or household is supposed to come to us.

The key is to let it go! Trust that the universe knows a lot better than you what is perfect for you.

4. Be open to receive
