We all know how great we feel after we have a great laugh! I hear many people saying, “I wish I could be happier.”
Well, you need to make a *CONSCIOUS DECISION* to be happy and take notice of how many times a day you can really be honest with yourself and say you - Laughed!
Laughter will lift your spirit and give you the mental energy to deal with all the challenges you will encounter being an achiever (Major Champion) in life.

The Great James Valvano, who had a Cinderella story in NCAA Basketball, stated the #1 key to success to his team winning the championship was *a pinch of laughter each day*
He said laughter is good for the heart. When I speak, I love to see people laugh and enjoy themselves while they are learning life-changing, fear demolishing profitable Millionaire Secrets!
*Life is way too short to be uptight, miserable, and depressed*!
