If we continually look back at what we used to have, we won't be successful in the present or in our future. I'm not referring to looking at our past and learning from our mistakes, I'm referencing to being stuck in the past.

If we live with a disability, we remember when we had an able body and all the things we could do. In the present, we look at ourselves as being worthless instead of looking at what we can do and that we still have value. We get stuck in what we can't do and think that we are our disability.

If we've been abused, we keep blaming others for how bad our lives have turned out instead of taking responsibility for working through the pain of our life regardless of how much work it takes. We don’t realize that we are valuable! We're not the negative garbage others tell us that we are.

We need to think BIG and work in abundance. In order to move forward, ask yourself these questions:

Where in my life am I stuck in the past? Is it the thoughts that I don't allow others to grow and change?

Do I still treat someone like I did a year ago? Two years ago? Ten years ago? 25 years ago?

By not moving forward in your life in your thoughts as well as in your actions, you will stay stuck in the past.

If you stay stuck in the past, you won't be successful! Don‘t allow another human being to set your value! There will be people who will try to convince you that without them, you’re nothing. That’s not true! While they might be successful, learn from them but don’t give them control over your entire life.

Stop those negative thoughts, let go of the pain and hurt from the past. Move forward! Replace negative thinking with positive thinking! Keep saying these affirmations until you believe what you're saying. Then pick another affirmation to say.

When you change inwardly, it will manifest outwardly in the world. When this happens, you'll be ready to move forward towards true success!
