    How can your desires be turned into affirmations, intentions and broken down into goals? Think of a result you want in a specific area of your life. Now claim you have achieved it by stating it in the present. Your affirmation:

    Convert your affirmation into an intention by shifting the focus from a completed task to something you can practice.

    Your intention:

    Goals support your intention. List a minimum of 10 goals that would support your intention.
