Ego says: "Now who's going to take the blame if you're wrong? What if she looks bad, what if her hopes are raised for nothing, I mean come on theres no way you can be right because there is no such thing as being psychic! What if she ends up in the funny farm, however can she look good then?"
Intuition says: "Ok, it's up to you to think what you will, but he's still on his way home."Do you need to get more clients? Are you trying to get your first client? Is your marketing budget equivalent to the cost of a Happy Meal? The following tips and techniques are not by any means hidden secrets, but they are some of the most overlooked ways to market a small business today.1. Know your target audience. As silly as it sounds, many small business owners kick off a marketing campaign without regard to whom they want to target. If you send out a coupon for NASCAR tickets to the first 1,000 people in the phone book, some will undoubtedly be thrilled and will do what’s necessary to earn the tickets (akin to dropping 1,000 mailers from an airplane -- some will hit the target). But just imagine the response rate if you sent out the same 1,000 NASCAR ticket coupons to only those people who attended a NASCAR event in the last year. You’ve gone from wildly shooting to steadily aiming your campaign, thus i After such internal dialog, the voice of intuition tends to step back and leave you to your own devices. A common residue of the recent presence of intuitive guidance manifests in the form of a nagging feeling that just wont go away. Now here's where Financial Exposure Over the years I have known deep down of my various abilities, my problem had always been confidence. I was constantly plagued with "What if's". "What if I'm wrong?". Even "What if I'm right?" was an issue. I guess this came up as a factor as I began to realize that not everyone could sense things the way I could. My realization came as a result of "How do you know?" and similar interrogations becoming a common response to my sharing what I knew within. The response was usually followed by a dismissal, as I was unable to explain how I knew what I knew. Even if what I expressed was right, it was brushed of as being a "coincidence" or a "lucky guess". Because I myself couldn't answer how I knew or explain what I felt, I too began to dismiss my abilities as being coincidences, or chance events. This self doubt has followed me all my life in the form of "What if's" or "Yeah, but's" or fear of not being accepted and even shunned for being different.Your financial exposure is what your wallet (financial) would lose (exposure) if you have a catastrophic medical situation. The reason for health insurance is to minimize your financial exposure, because without health insurance your financial exposure is everything. A lot of people think it's best to have the lowest financial exposure you can get and request the lowest deductible possible.A deductible is something you'll only need to pay if you have a big claim. However, your premium is something you need to pay no matter what, just to keep the insurance. Just for an easy example, we'll say that a 50 year old male is looking for a policy from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado (we'll call him Larry). Larry requests a $500 deductible with $25 copays for doctors visits, $15/$40/$60 copays on Rx, and an 80/20 coinsurance with a $5,000 maximum. Right now, this would cost Larry $338.50 per month. This would give Larry a maximum financial exposure of ($500 However today is a different day, I am now in the era of living my truth and not being afraid to be, so with renewed confidence and no fear to paralyze me, I can explain how it works for me. When I have a thought, the way I can determine if it is intuition or simply imagination is to know the difference between the two. I do this by being familiar with what they 'feel' like: Imagination: Imagination is like a talkative child who embellishes or some might say; exaggerates. Exaggeration is not an accurate word to use to define it's processes, because that would be like saying the imagination has a right and a wrong. The imagination has no such limitations and does not conform to such imposed boundaries. In your imagination the laws of physics do not apply and dimensions are no longer segregated by differences in vibrational speed and therefore EVERYTHING is possible. The imagination sometimes tends to run away with itself and loves creating. So much so that where someone without imagination discards an empty cardboard box, one with an active imagination sees a spaceship, a car, or a jewelry box with such clarity that they can interact with what they 'see'. Not only will the imagination see potential, it will improve on the potential. e.g., The box is empty, but the imagination sees not only the hull of a spaceship, but the bridge, with all the buttons, switches, communication terminals, the captains seat and those of his/her crew. It feels the hum of the spacecraft, and can even smell the leather that the captains seat is made of. Imagination is playful, excitable and loves to build and improve upon what already exists. I feel that another important assessment to make is the characteristics of the ego, because this can also be confusing when trying to determine whether ones thought is presented by one of their abilities. Ego: The greatest power of the ego when trying to gain perspective with ones natural spiritual ability is to manifest as doubt. The ego is has control freak tendencies. Believe it or not it, actually serves to protect our best interests, though usually only in regards to our physical well being. When dealing with matters of the spirit it becomes redundant, and wont easily surrender it's job of being the over protective nanny that always wants to see you do and look your best. The ego will often resort to using fear tactics to keep you inline. Let's look closer at the key words in that sentence: fear tactics. Fear has been aptly interpreted by a wise soul as being False Evidence Appearing Real. Tactics, is of course pertaining to having an advantage using subtle forms of persuasion, or exploitation of a small weakness. The best way of exploiting or introducing a fear is to cast doubt. Hence the hesitant pause you have when being introduced to or learning something new. You have a sudden rush of "What ifs..." and "Yeah buts..." or "I couldn't possibly's" within that moment of hesitancy. And here is where you are faced with a choice. Face your fear and realize that it was indeed False Evidence Appearing Real, or stay safe;- stay looking good. Most of the time you might find that in choosing the latter option you feel a small, or maybe even a great sense of defeat or relief. If you felt defeat, know there is nothing wrong with that, but consider that the next time when faced with a similar decisive pause, the better option might be to face the fear. If you felt relief, there is nothing wrong with that either, you simply weren't ready yet or it just wasn't for you. In choosing to face a fear, it does not guarantee success, but it does bring empowerment to the soul even if it comes at a cost of causing a dent to the ego. If the result was failure, the worst thing you can do is torture yourself. What you do is say, "Hey, it's all good, my personal success was; I dared to try!" If your attempt was a success, ring the bells and blow the whistles! You did good, congratulations. :) So with all that out of the way, what is intuition? Well I would start by saying it may be different for others, but here is how I have come to recognize it. To put it simply, none of the above applies. It is clear, concise, calm, unruffled. It doesn't become enrolled into internal debates you might try to initiate by questioning it. It KNOWS! And because it knows, there is little point in arguing, simply because no matter what rebuttal you may retaliate with, it doesn't change the basic fact that IT KNOWS. It will give you a simple choice: - "Take it or leave it; this is what I know". Example: Your son is should be at school, but you just had a quick flash of information: you see an image of him walking home or you hear an inner voice tell you "He's on his way home". Logic kicks in; Of course he's not coming home, he should be at school. You hear again; "He's on his way home". Imagination says yeah and he sure looks funny wearing that clown hat and a red nose and oh my those shoes look more like pink bunny slippers oh that is so funny, I wonder what he'd look like with curly green hair and..... In your imagination the laws of physics do not apply and dimensions are no longer segregated by differences in vibrational speed and therefore EVERYTHING is possible. The housing boom has attracted a flood of newcomers to the real estate profession. Those that have been downsized, retirees and even people who just want a better life style see real estate careers as exciting, less stressful and offering high rewards. But they soon discover that the real estate profession is saturated and very competitive. It is difficult to break into the market and gain a clientele. Sadly, following the standard real estate formula for new agents usually leads to several years of long hours with low compensation. Most give up and drop out, and their brokers and "established" agents gladly follow up on any leads they may have generated.According to a recent study by the National Association of REALTORS®, rookie agents are working more but earning less. Agents who have been in real estate for two years or less earned an average of just $12,850 in 2004, and most (54 percent) reported working more than 40 hours weekly. Teams can coldly say, a deal is a deal. Talk to us later. But they don’t, because they fear offending their star player, especially when his or her career is arcing upward. Plus, they want to lock-in future performance at present prices, if they can.If management is satisfied with a player, they’ll talk with him and his representatives and be willing to elongate or to sweeten the deal. The same thing applies to nearly anyone in business. If you want to know where you stand with a customer, how satisfied he is, try selling him again, on the spot. There are incredible advantages to this strategy:(1) You may get lucky, and grow you So with all that out of the way, what is intuition? As a communication practitioner in the B2B field, I've personally been involved in preparing hundreds of these articles.PR articles are extremely effective pieces, not only because of their pul,l but also because of the believability factor. Their use in an editorial environment makes them better believed than paid ads.The editorial environment is encountered not only in the trade magazines, but in the web through E-zines.Marketing communication practitioners, both consultants and clients alike, are well aware of the pull that that press release articles can achieve. But they may not be aware of what these articles can do in improving search engine rankings of their web sites. This is done in two ways, first of all linking back to a website, through information on the press release article. Intuition says: "Ok, it's up to you to think what you will, but he's still on his way home."You'd think that something like this would be relatively simple, but unfortunately- as with everything today - that just isn't so. Weight control and weight lossaren't just something that happens; they take a complete understanding of whywe eat, goal setting, and effort in order to achieve any kind of long-term success. So if you do plan to lose weight, your first step needs to be the understandingof why you are eating the way you do.We eat for two main reasons: physical and emotional. The physical reasons for eating are more obvious than the emotional ones.We feel hunger pangs - the body's signal that it needs fuel for building andmaintaining itself - and we respond. On the other hand, emotional reasons can be much less direct. There are a largevariety of reasons that we may choose to eat, and it is important that eachof those reasons be identified before we begin any kind of weight lo After such internal dialog, the voice of intuition tends to step back and leave you to your own devices.
