Losing someone softens us. Grief can free us into joy - if we let it. We need not be afraid. Even when we are afraid, there is love. Embracing, letting the Tsunamis undo our holding and with-holding and then, wash and pick-up pieces of ourselves we have discarded bringing wholeness back into being.
