Buy Your Term Insurance the Modern Way, Online
Now that so many term life insurance policies are available online, it makes sense to use this option when you are looking for protection for your family, you can take your time to consider all the different types of term insurance, and the different rates available. There's a ready supply of information, which puts you in a position of knowledge and will help you to make the correct decision. There are several different labels applied to term insurance, but basically it comes down to three different types.First, there is Level Term Insurance. This is designed to pay out a lump sum on the death of the life or lives assured, this type of policy can be used to cover immediate expenses i.e. funeral estate taxes outstanding debts, this type of term insurance can be written on either a joint or single life basis.Perhaps the best-known type of term insurance is that associated with a mortgage, which not unsurprisingly is called Mortgage Term Insurance. It is designed to cover the declining balance on the outstanding mortgage on your home. It is a very cost-effective type of term insurance because it is covering a reducing liability as a mortgage comes down so does the level of cover. This type of life insurance can also been written on either a single life, or join life basis. The third main type of term life insurance is Family Income Benefit, unlike the

    5. You will definitely have a desire to read The Holy Bible; possibly for the first time. Now here is another miracle; if you have read The Holy Bible in the past and have found it impossible to make sense of with all its supposed contradictions you will now begin to make sense of it. 1 John 2:27 "But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him." Here is a warning, beware of modern translations of The Bible, especially the NIV, stick with The King James version or Authorised version, buy a Strong's Concordance and Greek and Hebrew interlinear Bibles which translate straight from those original writings. 6 Ways Bosses Hurt Employee Performance
How owners and managers hurt employee performanceMost discussions of management and leadership talk about what to do to help people be their best. Here are six ways executives and entrepreneurs routinely do the opposite.1)They don't provide a vision for the company.Today, most companies have a vision, and most of these visions wind up as nicely written statements on wooden plaques. These are the "visions and missions" employees scoff at. But without a clear and compelling company direction, employees have no real freedom of action. Without a north star to follow, the best they can do is what they are told - a rather low performance position.Everyone knows executives need a vision, but it is not just having a vision that's important, it is sharing the vision, bringing people into the vision, bringing that vision alive--which makes the real performance difference. When people align with themselves with the company goals, they are free to invent, to improvise, to innovate, to inspire each other. They are free to do great work.2)Saying things once thinking that's enough. Many executives think that if they say something once, it needn't to be said again. Wrong, wrong, wrong! Should I say that another way? People forget. Don't you? People don't listen. Do you hear everything that's said? People don't understand everything the
Does the whole idea frighten the life out of you, if so, why?

Our Lord Jesus Christ said these very words to Nicodemus: John 3:3 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. [Emphasis mine]

The words 'born again' are not really an accurate translation of the original Greek. In one of my Greek/English New Testaments it states it as "born from above" and in the other an even better translation "receives birth from above." So we are talking about a gift from God and we are talking about a re-birth - a brand new start - a new life - the beginning of a new life that will last for eternity, free from all real worries and insecurities that we have known in the past. Yes, life can and will continue to be difficult, but after being born again all these difficulties of life are seen in a different light and in many ways pale into insignificance. This is literally a new beginning for any and all of us fortunate enough to be chosen for this high calling, for a calling is what it is. John 6:44 "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day." No man or woman can come to Jesus Christ unless The Father calls or draws them to His Son. Be very suspicious of those who tell you they have 'found' Jesus - no one 'finds' Jesus Christ - He 'finds' us. As a last point to this introduction, to receive this "birth from above" is a most wondrous and uplifting gift, the most wondrous thing that can happen to a human being and is, quite plainly, a miracle.

Let's return to the story in John 3. Now Nicodemus, a Pharisee, a ruler of the Jews comes to Jesus at night, so this was obviously a secretive and private meeting. He openly confesses to Jesus that he believes He is a teacher from God and that God is with Him [see verse 2], not many people understand the significance of Nicodemus' admissions here. First of all he says 'we' so he speaks for his fellow Pharisees as well, but from then on the conversation with Our Lord becomes very personal for Nicodemus. These admissions and the fact that he has taken the trouble to enquire of The Lord in unsociable hours are the first signs of Nicodemus' calling. My guess (and it is only mine) is that Nicodemus came to Jesus more for his own benefit than for that of his colleagues and quite right too. The parable of the pearl of great price teaches this very same principle.

OK, now all of this is very fine and I will return to the story line later but the question most of you will probably want answering is "What about me! How do I know if I am being born from above?" These are very good questions and the only answer I can give is this: it's different for every one of us, for we are all unique and no two birthing experiences are the same, but there can be some common factors in many re-births.

    1. In most, if not all, cases The Father uses life situations or life crises to bring us to His Son; to gain our attention so to speak. We have to have what appears to be a need for Him and many converts are often in a state of brokenness and despair when they become receptive to The Father's call. Please note, that none of these experiences that The Father brings upon us is then dependent upon our decision or our positive response for He has already decided that we are His sons or daughters and will be brothers or sisters of His Son - Jesus Christ, there are no 'ifs' or 'buts' with this process that The Father has actioned. Once the discipling period of our lives is complete and we are Baptised - full immersion, are prayed over by a Born Again believer and receive The Holy Spirit we are now Spiritual babes in Christ and begin our walk with Him. For a final point, if we read the Book of Acts in chapter 9 we learn about Paul's dramatic conversion, but notice there was only going to be one outcome from his experience, a refusal was not in the equation and so it is with us, all His Sons and Daughters.

    2. Once we start to believe, many issues, concerns and problems that used to weigh us down, especially guilt, disappear completely with the realisation that we are now truly forgiven and this forms part of what is known as the 'peace that passeth all understanding'. There is a certain kind of elation that kicks in here and stays with a believer always - this is where we take The Lord's yoke upon us for it is light.

    3. The affairs of men (politics) or "cares of this world" as Our Lord referred to them will begin to look insignificant and of little importance (because in reality they are) for these things or 'cares' are "of this world" and His Kingdom, which is not of this world, is now all that interests us. We are still "in the world" but we are no longer "of the world." We are now witnesses, which simply means we watch or witness the world around us.

    4. This one is a sure sign; you will feel an overwhelming desire to share your new found love of Jesus Christ with all your family and friends and very quickly will discover that they're not the least bit interested in your new found love for Him. This will probably be your first (and only I hope) round of 'rejection' experiences and don't worry because you are now learning that they are 'rejecting' Him, not you. He, who now lives in you via The Holy Spirit, is being 'rejected', although it does feel like we are being 'rejected' personally. Once they know you believe, it's best to keep your counsel and only discuss the subject again if they ask. Please note too, the rejection you will experience is not real rejection of Jesus Christ in its full sense because they do not know what they are doing. What Is The Connection Between Insulin And High Blood Pressure?
Anytime there is an elevation in glucose in the blood stream, such as eating a carbohydrate-rich meal, there is a compensatory rise in insulin secretion from the pancreas. Over time, and after consistently elevated carb consumption, excess insulin becomes a constant in the blood stream. This condition is known as hyperinsuliemia, which, in turn, causes high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. This latter condition is major health problem for several reasons - it’s very common, its consequences are widespread and it remains relatively silent and undiagnosed until late in its course of causing cardiovascular damage.Hypertension is one of the most important risk factors in both coronary heart disease and stroke. It can also lead to congestive heart failure, aortic dissection (a hole in the aorta) and kidney failure.Blood pressure is determined by cardiac output, or how much blood the heart pumps per beat, and total peripheral resistance, which is a measure of how easily the blood is pumped to the distant organs of the body.Excess insulin is an underlying factor in high blood pressure because it can cause atherosclerosis. This condition is a build-up of harmful material called plaque which narrows the inside width of arteries and reduces the easy flow of blood. Additionally, excess insulin damages the inside lining of the blood vessels which decr

Marketing your Ministry: Combine the Right Bait with the Right Base
You already have a particular group of people in mind that you believe God has called you to influence, right? Of course you do. Obviously, in order to gain support for your ministry or business, you must identify your base and then find creative ways to connect to your target market. Now that we’ve established that, let me ask you this. What happens when you appeal to the very people you believe should make up your base, only to receive no response and no support? Hmmm….that’s a little tougher. Before you get discouraged and give up, consider this. Whatever you’re marketing from your ministry or business is only going to appeal to a specific audience. You have to be comfortable with knowing that even though you may have a desire, or a burden to assist a particular group of people, they may not be willing or ready to accept what you have to offer. This is when you need to cast your net more broadly, or in other words, go fish in another pond. Sometimes we pigeon-hole ourselves, because we think that only one specific group of people can benefit from our services. Don’t make this mistake. You’ll be surprised at what you catch when you combine the right bait with the right base.Consider Jesus for a moment. Although he was sent “to the lost sheep of the house of Israel” the Bible says that, “he came to his own, and his own received him not.” Did Jesus st

    Use CGI For Quality Websites
Few people now some of the newer terms used in Internet protocol request and guides. CGI is one of the largest culprits. CGI stands for Common Gateway Interface and deals directly with how and why a website is displayed.CGI acts as a means for the server where the website is stored to more readily find and display the website. Compared to the HTTPD format that is far more common, CGI is faster and more reliable in every way.CGI uses smarter technology to bridge the gap between the server and someone trying to access a page. This gap has to do with the way the information is sent back and fourth to properly display the page. CGI acts as a single entity reaching out for the information. While HTTPD sends out several signals that bounce from place to place until the server is located. This is a very random way of locating websites and is the most common reason that a Cannot Find Server message is displayed. There may not be anything wrong with the server or the website itself, but the HTTPD is not functioning properly thereby sending an error message.CGI takes the number of error messages down to nearly nothing as it is very reliable in finding servers with its single entity type retrieval method. CGI is becoming more widespread as websites tire of visitors being unable to find their site because of an error message being displayed. Using CGI does r

Unlimited Automatic Responders – Why Do You Need An Unlimited Service?
One of the features of a paid automatic responder service is usually an unlimited number of automatic responders (read unlimited lists) and normally an unlimited number of follow up messages and broadcasts. Why do you need this unlimited service? Most Internet Marketers agree that ‘the money is in the list.’ If you think about this logically it’s easy to understand why. Traffic visits your site and converts into a list subscriber for your free e-course or e-book.There are a number of reasons that an unlimited service will be of use to you:1. You can track the percentage sign ups from different traffic sources and know what source a lead came from.By creating a list for each traffic source that you use it’s easy to test the response from that traffic source. You will also over time be able to know the exact value of that traffic source.2. You can market more effectively.By creating a list for each niche within your niche you will be able to identify which products are more suited for your list. For example, if your site is about internet marketing you can have lists interested in adsense, list building, affiliate marketing and so on. Each list can then be further broken down by it’s traffic source.3. You can set up more than 1 business. This sounds obvious but you may not have planned this. Reacting quickly to changes on the

    6. Here is another good sign; He calls the low and base things of this world in order to confound the worldly wise or 'clever people'. Mankind's trust and faith in the high intellect is one of mankind's greatest stumbling blocks and/or weaknesses. Man's vanity, pride and arrogance are his major flaws and to eventually be put in his place by the likes of those he has always looked down upon, the poor and poorly educated, will be a great shock to him. So if you fit the categories of Low and Base you could be in line for a 'Heavenly phone call' and you won't need a mobile to receive it!!

Now even though I have given you the information above, is this re-birthing something to be fearful of? No, a thousand times no. This re-birthing is nothing to be fearful of as it will cause the recipient no harm whatsoever, but it will involve the removing of what is known metaphorically as 'the scales coming from our eyes' to enable us to see; now notice the last part of Nicodemus' story in verse 3 - The Kingdom of God. Furthermore Our Lord says one or three things on this topic.

    1. "No one who having put his hands to the plough and then looks back is fit for the Kingdom of God." Which means don't go back after you have started i.e. commitment - onwards and upwards should be our battle cry and do not worry for Jesus Christ has promised never to leave us, nor forsake us.

    2. "Take up your cross and follow me" This means there is a price to pay following Him and this price does involve suffering for Him, but He will not let you suffer more than you can bear. For God is Love, Mercy and Forgiveness and as I said has promised never to leave nor forsake us.

3 "Take my yoke upon you for it is light" In support of what I have said above Our Lord also tells us to carry His yoke for it is light and easy to carry, unlike the burdens we have grown used to in our worldly lives. And be careful not to let any man lay burdens upon you, for there are many false ministers out there who will steal His Grace from you if they get half a chance!! They will tell you you must do this and you must do that even when you are Born Again, and they will tell you to obey the Ten Commandments - another danger sign. These men are ravening wolves and do not understand that we now have The Ten Commandments written on our hearts and keep these laws voluntarily because we love God's Law and want to keep it because we love Jesus Christ. See my article on The Grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, it's a must.

Right, OK, let's return to the story line of John 3 in verse 4 to see how we are born again or from above. Nicodemus saith unto him, how can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Here Nicodemus shows his lack of Spiritual understanding taking Our Lord's words literally. Our Lord answers him: verse 5 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Here Our Lord is giving instructions to Nicodemus that unless he is baptised and is prayed over to receive The Holy Spirit he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Our Lord then goes on to explain in verses 6 - 7. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. Here Our Lord is explaining that those who believe and are baptised and receive the Holy Spirit are now Spiritual beings and not born of the flesh even though they are still in the flesh.

Now this teaching is seldom, if at all, understood today, but it means that in order for scriptures like 1 John 3:6 "Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him," to make sense. Now we are now born of the Holy Spirit and now abide in Jesus Christ we don't sin, but those who don't abide in Him, do not know Him, continue in sin. To support this we then read: 1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. For those Born Again it is our bodies of sin that sin, we are no longer of the flesh, we are now of The Holy Spirit and because of that indwelling cannot sin.

Taking all this on board we can therefore no longer be fearful of being born from above so if The Father is calling you to His Son what is there to fear? Nothing!
