    We cannot always be aligned with love of course. I am not telling you to deny your emotions if they are fearful. Denial leads to building barriers and eventually creates more anger. I am suggesting that you become more conscious and more aware of your emotions and really feel and experience them. You choose which frequency of emotions to align yourself with. When fearful things happen, love to yourself and feel the fear, but release the fear in safe, healthy and constructive ways instead of putting yourself in unhealthy or destructive situations. When you do this, you’ll find a segue into love.

    Getting an emotional alignment allows you to experience life in a healthy, positive manner- creating mental, emotional and physical balance. Think of it this way- after the alignment, your car ran much more smoothly, gave you a comfortable and pleasant ride and most importantly, it created peace of mind within you. Why not make the same emotional investment in yourself? When you are emotionally aligned with love - you get better mileage from life!
