The problem here is that when you just lead as a pastor without using any of your other talents, you don't look back to see if you have lost any of your followers. But at this point I'm only talking about those individuals where leadership is their prime characteristic Now there's a further problem here also. Leadership can cause conflict in that if you don't like one style of leadership, you will tend to follow another, and this could lead to competitive drives, which sometimes can be good, but at other times could be very divisive. This oftentimes happens within Christianity.
