First Step To Having Success In Network Marketing
Are you thinking about joining a network marketing team? Have you joined a network marketing team and you’re not having success? Did you know that 97% of people who join network marketing will quit having made little or no money? If you want answers to these questions I have them for you. This is the first step for anyone who has joined or is thinking about joining a network marking team and is looking for success. The biggest difference between the top 3% in network marketing and the bottom 97% is the top 3% are all leaders. That’s right; that is the biggest difference. So if you are looking to have success in network marketing and you are not a leader or don’t have what it takes to become a leader than you will FAIL like 97% of people do.In my opinion there are naturally gifted leaders, and there are people who have worked hard on becoming leaders. If you are naturally gifted leader there is no point for you to read on, go to step two in my course. However; if you have the desire to be successful in Network Marketing listen up to what I have to say in the following paragraphs. In order to become a leader you have to build y

Democratic Republic of Congo: Optimism For The Future
With the successful July 30th vote, that saw millions “enthusiastically” participate in the Democratic Republic of Congo’s (DRC) first free elections since 1965, concluded without a major incident, the country has taken a big step forward towards peace and prosperity. As the count proceeds for the election termed by President Joseph Kabila as “the most important day in [the DRC’s] history since 1960 [in which] the ultimate winners will be the Congolese people who have suffered so much,”[1] marred by only a few immaterial problems, namely isolated incidents of alleged vote buying and voter intimidation, “ballot sheets collected late from polling stations due to a lack of petrol, [and confusion at some centers] where the results of individual polling stations were being [counted due to the arrival of] some ballot sheets… in partially opened boxes,”[2] there is reason for optimism, despite fraud allegations made by Presidential candidate, Azarias Ruberwa (a Vice President in the transitional government and former rebel leader). Ruberwa has ruled out “returning to arms”[3
Psalms 61:1. Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer. 2. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. 3. For You have been a shelter for me, And a strong tower from the enemy.

Psalms 77:1. I cried out to God with my voice To God with my voice; And He gave ear to me. 2. In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord; My hand was stretched out in the night without ceasing; My soul refused to be comforted. 3. I remembered God, and was troubled; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah

In these two Psalms David is calling out to God. In one he says, my heart is overwhelmed, and in the other he says, My soul refused to be comforted. Have you ever been in a place where your heart refuses to be comforted or where the circumstances of life seem to totally overwhelm you? Our Father has something better for us than a crushed spirit. That is not His plan for us.

We can get in a place spiritually where our heart seems to not want to be comforted, where the circumstances of life seem to overwhelm us. However there is hope! God never leaves us without hope regardless of what the situation may appear in the natural.

    What is a Paradigm Shift?
A Paradigm Shift is when a significant change happens - usually from one fundamental view to a different view. In most cases, some type of major discontinuity occurs as well.Thomas Kuhn wrote about Paradigm Shift during the early 1960s, and explained how "series of peaceful interludes punctuated by intellectually violent revolutions" caused "one conceptual world view to be replaced by another view."In laymen terms, Paradigm Shift is a popular, or perhaps, not so popular shift or transformation of the way we Humans perceive events, people, environment, and life altogether. It can be a national or international shift, and could have dramatic effects -- whether positive or negative -- on the way we live our lives today and in the future.Paradigm Shift: A SummaryIn today's society, we've all witnessed a major shift already. When we look back upon "counterculture" (More information here: http://psychcentral.com/psypsych/Counterculture), we trace some of the origins to the definition of "Paradigm Shift."During the counterculture era (1960s-1970s), younger generations opposed authority and were very much

Home Buying - School District Issues
A good school district is a key factor in home buying if you have kids. It can also be a positive selling point when it comes time to sell your home.School DistrictsWhen considering the quality of school districts, keep in mind that everyone is looking for “good ones.” The question, of course, is what does “good” exactly mean? To a buyer with children, it means the best education on the planet. To your real estate agent, however, it may mean something much less. You must look to facts, not opinions, when evaluating potential school districts as part of your home buying process. Asking for opinions is like a girlfriend asking a boyfriend if she looks good in a particular dress. Do you really think the answer is going to be anything other than positive? The quality of a school district is found in the hard, cold facts. Issues you should consider include topics such as:1. What is the student to teacher ratio?2. What teaching style does the district use?3. How much experience do the teachers have?4. What is the turnover rate for teachers?5. What is the drop out rate?6. What percentages of

    Debt Reduction Plans
Debt reduction plans are all over the place and there are hundreds of options. Choosing the right one can mean the difference between successfully getting out of debt and not, so let's take a quick look at what to watch out for.Debt reduction has to include good planning and careful use of your resources, especially if those resources are minimal. If you are not careful, then financial disaster could be just around the corner.Consider future expenses for a minute. Are there things that you know you will have to pay for later on? If the tools you are using do not take into account these expenses, then they will surely sneak up on you. For example, does the debt reduction plan help prepare for future property taxes when they come due?Planning for these kinds of things will ensure that you have an accurate picture of your financial situation. If you don't plan for them, they will have a significant impact on your ability to get debt free.Other similar examples are vacation trips, holidays and birthdays. You know they are coming, right? How many times have you wondered what happened to your bank account balance shortly after a b

7 Tips To Working Successfully From Your Home Office
Remember the commercial of the woman in a business suit top, pajama bottoms and bunny slippers while on a conference call? Way back when, I used to think that symbolized home office life. Ahhh, the joy of it.Once I started running my business from home, however, reality set in very quickly!* The days of commuting to and from a workplace with a defined work schedule are gone.* The days of being accountable to a “boss” are gone.* The days of doing “home” stuff while at home and “work” stuff while at work are definitely gone!In the early days of my business, I would actually feel guilty if the house was not spotless and I was spending too much time in the office (justified by “billable hours”). Or I would feel guilty if the house was clean and the laundry was done, but I wasn’t making enough money. It’s enough to drive an entrepreneur insane! So how do you handle it? Here are some tips that have helped insure my sanity over the years:1. Create a separate workspace that works for, not against, you. Whether you’ve taken over a spare bedroom, a corner of the basement or the dinin
e circumstances of life seem to overwhelm us. However there is hope! God never leaves us without hope regardless of what the situation may appear in the natural.

1 Peter 5:7. casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 8. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. 10. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

He truly does care for us, more than we can possibly comprehend. Yet we have a part to play. We must cast our care on Him, and not take it back. Our responsibility is to find the promises of God and stand on them. We must acknowledge God’s provision or He won’t be able to help us. Not that He doesn’t want to help us. We tie His hands so to speak with our actions and our words. We have a responsibility to be diligent in the things pertaining to life and Godliness.

Proverbs 3:5. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6. in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. 7. Do not be wise in your own eye
