    The Importance Of Keyword Research
It is very important to be able to find exactly what you are looking for when you’re online. This may be simple enough for many people, but there are some who simply do not know how to use a search engine. Because there are seemingly billions of web pages out there, there is no easy way to look for what you want if you do not know how to use a search engine. Not only is search by keywords the best way to find what you’re looking for, it has also become big business. If you are having trouble learning how to search by keywords, you may be making it too difficult. Usually when you think of a subject that is what you search. There’s nothing wrong with that. However, if you are searching for a very common keyword your going to have a very hard time wading through a lot of unrelated material. You have to narrow down your search by keywords to secondary words if you’re having problems with your main keyword. If you search for the term ‘people‘, you are probably going to get millions of page results. This is not going to help you. This type of search by keywords is too simple. What you have to do is decide what it is you want to know about people. Are you interested in mental illnesses of people? Are you interested in learning more about people from a certain country? These are the questions you have to ask yourself when you start your search by keywords. Instead of searching for people, you may want to search for ‘people in Australia‘. That will give you the result you are looking for much more quickly. There are many people out there who are cashing in on your search by keywords. They put information up on their web sites, and when you searc
ghed and said why should you refuse to eat it now when you were perfectly happy to eat it last time you came. As soon as the guest realized that the breakfast that he ate a few years back was wild hen, he began to tremble violently and was dead in 24 hours.

What was the cause of his death? Was it the violation of the tribal custom? It could not have been for he did not eat the hen that morning and when he violated the custom few years before, nothing ill happened. It was the stress of the realization of his violating the tribal custom a few years back.

    Mind Your Mind
Three Secrets to Effective Affirmations:1 Drive your Physiology - by this I mean get yourself into a dynamic state of mine by moving your body energetically. I find walking quickly, cycling or jumping around the house while listening to loud music, all very effective for me. When you feel energized you will put more enthusiasm and emotion into your affirmations and you will make a bigger impression on your mind. Then say your short positive statement out loud if it is appropriate, otherwise shout it out inside your head where only you can hear it.2 Create short statementsThese statements will describe how you want to be and it is best to state these attributes in the present tense as if it is already true. For example, *I am confident and appreciated by all* Instead of... *I want to have more confidence someday only I do not know when that is likely to be because I have a few problems to deal with right now.*When you say your affirmation, assume it is already true and express this feeling as you repeat the phrase. This way you are programming your brain to find a way for you to achieve your goal.3 Use the Ultimate Affirmation:The ultimate affirmation is ideal for anyone who wants to communicate at their best under pressure. Here it is...*I love myself*I know this seems a bit far out. Let me explain. Let us pretend, just for a moment, that you completely love yourself 100 per cent. So this would mean you fully accept all aspects of yourself, your body, your bad habits, your personal limitations etc.If this was the case, the opinion of other people would be total
We have all had our share of stress..

I always was cynical towards people who complained of experiencing misfortunes. I used to say that they do not have a positive attitude and whatever they anticipate comes to pass. "As a man thinketh, so is he."

But now I think differently. Some things can be learned only by experience. Some may be pleasant and some unpleasant. But it is necessary to have both good and bad experiences.

Last year we lost our house in a fire. It was a terrible loss because the property was under insured. My wife and some of my friends questioned me as to why this disaster should happen to me, a positive person. I myself did not know why! But I knew one thing. Everything that happens to me happens for good. What good it will be and when it will be, I had no idea. I will have to wait and recognize the good when it comes and be thankful for it.

Since the house that burned down was a single family home in a duplex zone, we decided to build a duplex. When we submitted the plan to City Hall, our architect found that we could construct a three story triplex. So now we have a three story triplex which gives a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. Freighters and cruise ships from all over the world anchor in front of our house, and sea birds and eagles provide us with endless entertainment. We also have an income from the other two portions of our house. Thus, the fire was a blessing in disguise.

If the fire had gutted less than 70% of the house, we would have had to repair the damage and would not be permitted to demolish the house and build a new one. The fire brigade was a little slow to respond and that resulted in more than 70% of the house being burned. That little delay helped us, though that was not the intention of the fire brigade

Needless to say, during this time we suffered a lot of stress.

All stress is created by mind and the ability to overcome stress is also created by mind. Some events can create very great stress and calamity.

First, let us look at some of the damaging consequences of stress. An actual incident was narrated by Father Jerome Morella de Sorento, an Italian missionary in the Congo. A young man spent a night with his friend. According to the tribal custom young men are prohibited from eating wild hen for breakfast. Unknown to the visitor the host prepared a wild hen and served for breakfast. When the guest enquired, the host said that it was not a wild hen. A few years later the two met again. Again the host prepared a wild hen for breakfast. Again the guest asked if it was a wild hen and the host replied "Yes." The guest refused to eat. The friend laughed and said why should you refuse to eat it now when you were perfectly happy to eat it last time you came. As soon as the guest realized that the breakfast that he ate a few years back was wild hen, he began to tremble violently and was dead in 24 hours.

    Concept Crashers and Detractors
So often in a group you will have some one who runs around and tries to shoot down every idea they come too. One must be amazed at these folks and wonder what on Earth are they trying to prove? Recently in an online think tank forum just such a man critiqued and idea to use a stationary bicycle in a spacecraft to keep the batteries topped off, by harnessing the energy created from pedaling.Eventually this gentleman after going on and on about what a bad idea and concept this was, even though we know all astronauts should exercise, the originator of the idea stated;Actually your critique lacks;1.) Proof of Statement2.) Signs of clearly not understanding subject matter3.) Relevant Arguments4.) Alternative SolutionTherefore your comments are irrelevant and unworthy of consideration, do not belong on a think tank and clearly are in need of a "Can Do" attitude. The posting of the concept is reality based and dust devils on Mars do have energy. It is plausible to harvest this energy. It makes sense to harvest energy, which is already there and thus practical if we can figure out how. And this is an original thought and I have searched the Internet and scientific papers and cannot find anything close anyone has ever put forth, yet would like to see such research.I find it odd that you poo poo the idea of collecting this energy rather than letting it simply blow away? Tell me dear sir; please state an original idea. One, name one and post it here on the board under any category. A challenge perhaps? You seem to be pretty sure of yourself? Show us. I have posted over 1000 original ideas and incase you do not

How to Flirt and Flirting Online
Many of the same techniques that work for normal flirting work well in online flirting. After all, most relationships begin with some sort of flirting. In fact, online flirting works very well at developing your flirting skills, because most men lack confidence to flirt at all. There are many more men on online dating sites than women. An attractive women gets a lot of emails from a lot of men. She has to sort out the real men from the wimps. One great way of separating yourself from most men is to take a chance and learn to flirt and tease well in a very funny way.Flirting is an art that requires oozing confidence without being over the top. If you go too far, she will label you "sleazy" If you don't go far enough, she will label you "wimpy". So how do you achieve that point half way between sleazy and wimpy? When online flirting you do not have the advantage of using using your eye contact or your body language. All you have is a computer an internet connection and membership in an online dating site.In some ways that is an advantage to be online as you can try new methods without a face to face chance of rejection. The biggest aspect of online flirting is to have a lot of fun! Be as much light-hearted, funny and entertaining and you can be. If you make her laugh she will want to talk to you again and again. Make her eager to talk to you again. Flirting is being very playful. When flirting, you need to transmit that you are very confident. Successful flirts have a positive emotional outlook on life. You need to transmit the "I feel good inside" factor and the women will pick this up and feel good insid

    Potential Clients - Evaluation Criteria
Potential clients need to be evaluated for their ability to become steady clients. It's ok to pick up clients who you will see once or twice a year. When you are starting out, however, you need to build up a clientele of steady customers. These steady customers will provide steady income.Potential clients qualify as potential steady clients when they generate $500 or more per month in revenue. The question is, how do you evaluate potential clients for this ability?Potential Client EvaluationThere are a number of things you must find out about a potential client:Current Number of PCsIf this is a home office with one or two computers and a husband and wife working at home, it is very unlikely they will have $500 per month to spend on IT services. If this is a micro business with 8 to 10 computers and a dedicated server, this is a potential client worth further investigation.Current SupportIs this potential client currently well-maintained? You want to work with clients who know the importance of regular maintenance. If they don't, you will get a lot of aggravation for your trouble.Who provides the current support? If this potential client receives volunteer support, or support in-trade, then the likelihood they will pay $500 per month to you, is slim. What are they currently paying? You don't need an exact number but you do need to know if they are getting regular, paid support. The Bottom Line on Potential Client EvaluationPotential clients need to have potential to become long-term, steady clients. To determine this you need to ask specific questions about their curre

Another example illustrating the deadly consequences of stress was written by Dr. John K.Williams, a member of the Board of the National Association for Mental Health. He wrote in his book, "The Wisdom Of Your Subconscious Mind", that a physician was given permission to experiment on a criminal sentenced to death. The prisoner was blind-folded and told that he would be painlessly bled to death instead of going through the torture of hanging. He was placed on a table. The Physician made a small incision on his hand but not deep enough to cause any bleeding and a small stream of running water was allowed to trickle into a bowl as if blood were trickling form the prisoner's hand. The physician made suggestions to the effect that he was bleeding to death. In a short time the prisoner died showing all symptoms of cerebral anemia. though he never lost any blood. Here again death was the result of stress created by his mind.

Dr. Holmes and Dr. Rahe of the University of Washington Medical School, Seattle, interviewed many sick people and found that their ailment could be related to stress they had suffered during the two previous years. They came up with a check list of 43 items to which they gave numerical values. For instance:

For death of a spouse they gave 100 points

    divorce 73

    personal injury or illness 50

    retirement 45

    trouble with the boss 23

    Christmas 12

They found that if our score in one year is over 300 points, we have a 90% chance of falling seriously ill during the next few years. Homes-Rahe test is widely used for statistical analysis of the health of army personnel in the U.S.

It is now an admitted fact that 50% to 80% of all diseases are psychosomatic. Many cases of cancer are attributable to social stress. Ulcers, high blood pressure, arthritis, chronic back pain, skin disorders, headaches, allergies, upset stomachs, asthma, hay fever, impotence, insomnia, diabetes and alcoholism are considered to be stress related.

High school football players from families having stress problems are likely to suffer more serious injuries than those from other families.

But by anticipation we invite accidents to happen. Therefore, when stress comes, recognize the stress but realize and be confident that some good is coming and look out for that good that is coming.

When we cultivate this habit, stress will always end up as a benefit. Try it, expect it and see that it happens every time

In addition to worries about health and petty things, we have a long list of "what if's". For example, "What if my house is robbed when I am away?" You know the story of the woman who had 23 padlocks and 20 dogs to guard her for she feared she would be robbed, raped
