Before you can repair your credit score you must first have a starting point. As of December 2004, in compliance with the Fact Act, consumers in all states are able to get a Top 5 FAQ'S On An All Fruit Diet “Life has a way of creating roadblocks that end up as building blocks in our lives" Doug FirebaughWhat exactly is an all fruit diet?Simply put- you eat nothing but fruits the whole day. You may substitute your diet with juices or dry fruits, but the basic idea is to eat nothing but fruits. The concept of an all fruit diet basically came into the picture with the advent of detoxification diets, since fruits are know to have many vitamins and minerals they have been often included in many detox programs.Does an all fruit diet help in loosing weight? No. Over the short term, a fruit diet does make you lose weight, mainly because you are starving your body of essentials cabs an I started thinking about this and decided that it is true, but only if we see it that way. Then we must begin to use those roadblocks to rebuild our lives. I was talking with a client today about just that. We were talking about beliefs. “What are beliefs?” I asked her. After some thought and a great deal of silence and some brief discussion, she said, “Beliefs are just thoughts that we have decided are true.” Yea. Our beliefs are not necessarily right or wrong, true or not, they are just what we believe. Henry Ford said it this way, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, either way you’re right.” Take our beliefs about what happens to us when we die, for example. Some people believe that we ascend into heaven or descend into hell. Others believe that we see a tunnel and a bright, warm, loving, inviting light at the end that is calling us home. Some believe that we simply stop breathing and that’s it. What ever you believe, can you prove it? How do you know for sure that it’s true? And that’s the point. Ultimately we are just making it up. Think about it. Your beliefs are just stories you have repeated over and over to yourself, and then looked for evidence to support them, and as a result, decided that they are true. You then looked for more evidence to support what you have decided to believe and that convinces you that you have proof! So, ask yourself, do your beliefs support you in living your best life? Do your beliefs inspire you to be your highest vision of yourself? If not, why not change them. After all if you are making it up anyway, at least make up something that supports you. Try this exercise. Step 1: If you don’t already have a rock collection, go for a walk somewhere in nature or just around your neighborhood and collect two dozen rocks. Find ones you like. Choose ones that really catch your eye, that you think are really cool! Make sure that none are bigger than the palm of your hand. Step 2: sit down and list out all your beliefs about yourself and why your life is the way it is. Do you believe you are the captain of your own destiny or that you are at the mercy of circumstances? Do you believe that you are easy to love or that you are over the hill and no one will want to be with you? Henry Ford said it this way, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, either way you’re right.”Do you cringe each month when the credit card bill arrives? Are you frightened to look at the details and perhaps even leave the envelope unopened in the hope that somehow by avoiding it the debt will disappear? You are not alone. More than 8.5% of credit card balances are 3 months or more in arrears in the UK alone, and with more credit cards in the UK than people that is one heck of a lot of debt. But how is that so many of us get into difficulties with credit cards, and what can we do to totally eliminate credit card debt forever? In the western world we live in a materialist Take our beliefs about what happens to us when we die, for example. How do you know for sure that it’s true?Have you ever noticed that some of the great stuff you want to show up in your business is not easily measured? It's easy to measure quantities, of money, production, sales calls, numbers of time the phone rings before it's answered... Because it's easier, businesses tend to default to measuring and managing only straightforwardly quantifiable things.Quantifiable stuff has to be measured in business, it's true. Why we always seem to give up more than we gain in international negotiations? Why are our politicians so dazzled with size, complexity and abstruseness in treaties and trade agreements? Is there any way to get better at negotiating so we don't constantly embarrass ourselves?I'm afraid not. The ability to bargain is not necessarily instinctual, it can be learned and honed with practice but we have cultural problems that will forever doom us to hoping and flailing, wishing and Step 2: sit down and list out all your beliefs about yourself and why your life is the way it is. A link is provided at the end of this article. When Bloggers pay attention to the Blog Life Cycle issues they make an extremely wise choice here in that they reposition their Blog at the top of the life-cycle curve and allow it to climb further. One way to do this is to provide some tools such as; “E-mail Alerts of postings” Step 3: get out your rock collection and match each belief to a rock. Let your intuition guide you here. Tape each belief to a rock and put them all in a box in a closet for 3 days. Step 4: on the 4th day, take it out. Look them over and divide the rocks/beliefs into 2 piles, ones to keep and ones to let go of. Choose only those beliefs that really serve you in being and living your best life, to keep. The rest, put them in the ‘to let go of’ pile. Last step: take the rocks/beliefs you want to keep and put them into a beautiful box. Put them somewhere safe. Take the rocks/beliefs you want to let go of out to the nearest lake or large body of water. Stand on the shore and pick them up one at a time. Read what is taped to the rock, remind yourself why you want to let it go, kiss it goodbye and throw it into the lake! My client asked, “You mean I have to throw away all my beautiful rocks?” “Only if you want to release those beliefs that do not serve your highest and best good.” I replied. If you are having trouble releasing beliefs that are no longer serving you, I can help. As a coach, that’s part of what I do. Rebuilding alone can be a daunting and sometimes overwhelming task. However with support, the task becomes manageable and the roadblocks do indeed become building blocks. If you find yourself at that juncture, some one-on-one coaching can make all the difference. Whether once a week or once a month or something in between, don't be afraid to ask for assistance. Coaching is all done over the phone, so your location is not a factor. The only prerequisite is your willingness to see things differently and ask for support.
