    Procrastination is not just a never ending cycle of not getting anything done and last minute panics. It’s also a feeling of guilt at not getting anything done, avoidance and feeling bad about a lack of action and achievement.

    However, like most personal development challenges, procrastination is something that you can overcome as it is simply a mind set. As with any mind set, you can change it through making a decision to change it, taking action and then listening to the feedback you get on your action and adjusting your action as necessary.
