Small Ads Produce Dynamic Results 4 Steps to Exploding Your Market With Small Ads
Dynamite comes in small packages... or in small ads in the marketing realm. Our natural instincts scream that BIGGER IS BETTER! Is it really true? Sure, the small advertisement doesn’t have the luxury to of listing all of the benefits and cementing the deal. It does whet the reader’s appetite for more information and clearly directs them to the desired info. Here are 4 easy steps to make small ads work for you.1. One Product, One Target Let’s face it, you don’t have space to waste. Decide on your specific target audience and focus on one specific product. Relieving Menopause Anxiety And Depression
A woman goes through many life-altering changes with her body and one of those is menopause. Menopause occurs during the later years of a women's life, usually after forty, but before seventy. There are many reasons you may experience menopause at a certain age that may be linked to genetics. Menopause anxiety and depression are two symptoms you may have during the change.Menopause anxiety and depression are caused by a hormone imbalance. You feel as if you are on an emotional rollercoaster. You feel tense, sad, angry, a loss of involvement, and fatigued. You may also experience insomnia related
Okay okay, so it took me six semesters (without summer school) overall, but only because I dropped a semester due to an illness. But this article isn't about that one missed semester, it is about how to finish college sooner than the average student and have a blast doing it! Now, this was back in the day-but I am willing to bet that one can still use these tips to 'work the system.'

Why 5 semesters? Why not 2 or 3?

Yes-it can be done in 2 or 3 semesters, and there have been people who have done it. But five semesters allows you to experience college FULLY and cultivate a social life. I graduated with honors, sustained a long distance relationship, made lots of friends, and established excellent relations with my professors. Why not more than five? Well, because in my experience I enjoyed college to the optimal level as those who spent more that five semesters. After the five semester mark, all the "collegiate" lessons are a repeat. The learning curve, in my opinion, pretty much stabilizes after the fourth semester. The fifth semester is added on for good measure.

    Why Rush It?

You don't have to to rush it. I did it because 1) I could. 2) It was fun. 3) I wanted to move on to even bigger and better things. 4) I love to optimize. 5) I wanted the freedom to travel. 6) It saved me a ton of money. The five semester plan is not for everyone, but for those who do want to, I will show you how.

    1) Get Super Organized- On average I took 18 to 21 hours a semester. And it was completely doable. I had a planner in which I recorded every 30 minute segment. This allowed me to keep tabs on how much time I spent on a specific task, and served as a to-do list. Get a planner and write down everything you can conceivably imagine yourself doing during the day. This is probably the simplest step in the whole process.

    Work Smarter! Not Harder!
There are business owners and professionals who are constantly busy with meetings, making calls, and networking and by the end of the day they still feel nothing was accomplished or closed on a deal. You would think with all that hard work they’d be making lots of money right? Wrong? Many business professionals are putting in the work, but not making the money they need to pay the bills. We were all taught to work hard for the things we want out of life? Well, why is it that some business owners hardly work at all and seem to generate a lot of business and income to live comfortably? They work smarter! Working smarter means you have to change the way you think. This may be difficult for some because we get stuck in the same routine even if it is not getting us the results we want. Keep a daily log for a few days to determine how you

Risk Identification, Assessment and Allocation in Buying a Business
The processes and considerations involved in buying a business are more involved than merely identifying the business that meets the potential buyer’s financial criterion, making sure that the buyer can make money from it and then determining the purchase price. Buying a business should also involve the identification, assessment and allocation of risk, especially in more complex and high value businesses. These three risk-related processes should occur simultaneously with or very soon after the processes of identifying the business, making sure it could make money for the potential buyer and determining the purchase price.Depending on the size of the target business and the amount of money involved, a potential buyer should decide whether to conduct the risk analyses, and if so, to what extent. Often times, the value of the business d

How to Pay Less and Get More: Discount Broker vs Professional
How do you invest? What do you really pay? At the end of the day, what are your real results? These are questions smart investors should be asking themselves (but usually don't). In this era of more fees, misc. charges, holding periods and back end redemptions, even at discount brokers, how are you really making out?Working with a new client brought this all to my attention. I know what I found may not apply to everyone; however it will apply to many and very likely apply to you.I need to preface this by saying that, unlike the majority of registered investment advisors, I have built my practice over the past 15 years by dealing with “small” investors. Many of them are first timers because my minimum account size is only $5,000.I targeted this group because I enjoy the educational part of my business. A happy side benefit ha

    The Development Of Accounting
The particulars of transaction and financial relationships between different parties have been written up in the form of financial records since the dawn of civilisation, examples being Babylonian clay tablets and records from the Roman and Greek civilisations. Our present system of accounting has its origins in Renaissance Italy. By the 12th century the bustle and extent of the wide-ranging trading activities engaged in by the Italian city-states had created the need for an effective system of financial recording which could accurately determine the results of large volumes of transactions involving several parties. Consequently, the double-entry system of bookkeeping, the basis of our modern accounting system, was developed.During the renaissance, this system of accounting became known throughout Europe; by the 16th century it w

    2) Pick a Major you Love-I started out as a Business major and switched to Communication Studies. Thank God for that. My major in Corporate Communication combined business skills with interpersonal communication skills. The always focusing on the 'bottom line' was a real turnoff for me while I briefly explored the business school. I wasted my first semester in classes that were too huge and suffered through Calculus. It just wasn't for me. If you pick a major you love, you will actually WANT to do the work. Okay, at least you won't loathe picking up the textbook. I loved every single class that I took in my particular major. I was a sponge, soaking up concepts, because I loved it. It resonated deeply within me, so I had no problem writing a ten page paper on leadership styles. Pick a major you love, or at least one that you think you love, and you will be much happier for it. I had a few people tell me that leaving the prestigious McCombs Business school was a mistake and that so many students were just dying to get in. I am glad I ignored those people and listened to my intuition. I suggest you do the same.

    3) Weigh Cost Versus Benefit- The only classes I made B's in were the ones that I chose to just take the B in. The cost (work required) was just not worth the benefit (making an A). There were many times where I had to skip a class in order to turn in a paper on time or to study for an exam in another class. If you do a quick cost-benefit analysis on whether to attend or not attend a class-you will be just fine. Throughout college, I enjoyed a long distance relationship. He was in Nashville, and I was in Austin. Often, I took off for a few weeks to go visit.
