When you break the chain of procrastination and get out there to do what you were waiting on - you create a neural connection in your brain that feels good about ending procrastination. Doing another "to-do" builds another connection. And another to-do knocked off means the neural pathways are getting stronger, thicker and more resilient. THAT is the secret to being great.
