    5. Give yourself rewards for completed tasks. They can be any sort of reward you like. Some people will reward themselves several times a day. I like to going for the big reward at the end of the day. I find it keeps me motivated. Whatever works for you.

    Even though people's daily circumstances will differ to mine; different profession, chores or picking up the kids from school, the ultimate aim is still the same.
