Hope Ranch Real Estate from 2000 to 2005 for the First 10 Months of Each Year
There’s been a lot written and said about how the numbers of Hope Ranch Real Estate sales are off when you compare them to 2004. Since it’s always a good idea to stand back and get a little perspective to see where we’ve been I thought I’d go back to 2000 and look at each subsequent year to today.Okay, so looking at Hope Ranch Real Estate for 2000 from Jan. 1 through October 31 we see 19 sales with a median price of $1.8 million. The number of listings for the same time period was 25 with a median list price of $2.09. So there was roughly a 10% disparity between the list price and sales price. For 2001 for the same time period sales were slightly slower with 18 properties closing escrow from 1/1 to 10/31. The median sales price dipped however down to $1.247 million. The real big number in 2001 was the number of homes that came on the market. 57 homes came on the market meaning twice at many houses as the previous year. When there’s more of something the price falls so that would account for the $1.2 million median sales price. But the original list prices for those 57 properties was $2.35 million a big difference. So what happened in 2002 as f

    WARNING. Easy Journey Ahead
I am on my way to the quarterly status update with my Sales Manager. The last quarter has been terribly bad. We reached nowhere near the Sales target. Naturally, I am moving ahead with a great resistance and a palpitation rate of the highest order. I have no idea of what will turn out for me in the meeting.Fifteen minutes later, I come out of the room. There is a sigh of relief on my face; a similar _expression can be seen on my Sales Manager's face. As soon as I come to my cubicle - out of my Sales Manager's sight, this "sigh of relief" explodes into an _expression of joy - I DID IT, AND I DID IT AGAIN !!!I could convince him easily about why the sales couldn't happen this time, why I had absolutely nothing to do with the figures not being met, and why it would be a cake-walk in the next quarter. He is absolutely convinced about it. I am safe. At least for the next 3 months! Is it that I am more skillful at providing execuses than meeting sales figures? May be.MAY BE NOT.May be, I just didn't apply myself enough at meeting the sales figures.May be, I didnt feel enough "ownership" of that problem. May be, I didnt co
    Consistent Marketing

Even in this age of electronic commerce, direct marketing is the only advertising medium, which continues to outpace both print and broadcast in sales. That's because it still works!

However, very few companies know how to use direct mail effectively.

According to Murray Raphel, author of "Up The Loyalty Ladder," "Dollar-for-dollar, nothing provides a better return on investment than direct mail and it doesn't matter what product or service you sell."

Think about it. A personal letter is the most powerful tool you can employ to easily build a one-on-one relationship with every one of your customers, on a continuous basis, day after day, year after year. With the advent of technology, this task has become easier than ever.

What makes direct marketing the new standard bearer in creating successful advertising results today?

Direct marketing is the most predictable and consistent way to generate more customers, yet most businesses are so busy trying to get new customers, they neglect the goldmine right under their noses; their present customers.

What do Clearwater, Florida and New Ipswich, New Hampshire have in common? The undeniably attention worthy sculptor, Nina Winters. The art world’s new and important arrival has been discovered by aesthetic savants for her monumental sculptures. The internationally collected sculptor has just won a 1/4 million dollar commission in the State of Nevada. The project is for a 10 foot high sculpture titled "Exhilaration".I had the pleasure of interviewing Nina and getting personal tours through her studios. This article is the first of three in a series about recent major commissions by the sculptor. When I asked Nina to tell me about this recent commission, she said, “Although this sculpture is basically minimalist, I have paid a great deal of attention to detail. The reach of the hands into the sky reflects my philosophy that man can be and do far more than what he is led to believe.”The sculpture will be the centerpiece of a major new 2 billion dollar complex. The development will break ground in June-July 2007.The sheer scale of her latest work,’ Exhilaration’, and the environment in which it will be installed, are int

New criminal and civil penalties were announced for security violations and a new system of certification of internal audit efforts was set. With the new auditor independence provision, auditors from outside the system have been granted more access to company data. Other items comprised in the Sarbanes Oxley Act summary focus on an increased disclosure of compensation methods and systems, especially for upper management. This new act brought a lot of unrest and insecurity with companies, who had to adapt their work methods to comply with it. However, the benefits of the Sarbanes Oxley Act to the investors and the general public are obvious, so even those company managers who faced compliance problems understood the importance of the new laws. Most companies begin by starting an external audit of their company, so as to see if it is compliant with the Sarbanes Oxley Act. After the most risky areas of the company have been identified, the company usually proceeds to install and implement software solutions. The need for i

    RMDs
Most of my practice is spent helping clients design and implement mortgage plans in concert with their overall financial plans to accumulate wealth. Many of these people are focused on saving for important life events including retirement. It is equally important to have a plan for the way we'll be taking the money out of these plans. Four thousand people a day are turning 701/2, and an increasing amount of people will be faced with the distribution side of their plans, so it is important to highlight a law that requires clients to begin distributing some of their retirement accounts. If your birthday is between January 1st and June 30th, and you turned 70 last year; or If your birthday is between July 1st and December 31st, and you turned 71 last year: ...you are generally required to begin withdrawing money from your qualified or tax-deferred accounts by April 1st of this year. The amount you must withdraw each year is called the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) and is determined by dividing an account's year-end value by the applicable distribution period as determined by the IRS life expectancy tables:- Most account hol

    What's in It For Me?
This is a question implicit in almost everyone who surfs online. This is same whether one is reading news articles, how to-articles, ebooks, websites content special reports, ads, e.t.c.You probably have many times asked yourself this question when reading any content online or any advertising promotion. You also need to know what you will get in return for purchasing a particular product or paying for a particular service. Most likely you expect to get some useful information that will help you in your life. You could also be expecting that the information will help you in your career or business. This goes out to show the importance of focusing on customer need and satisfaction when writing marketing copy, writing and promoting your information product or promotional articles and writing website copy. Put yourself in the shoes of your ordinary customer and ask yourself questions that are selfish the main of which is: What’s in it for me?What does the customer gain from buying from you? How to get your direct mail envelope opened and read!

First, make sure your mail is getting delivered. There are two types of direct mail rates. First Class and Standard. Standard is what they used to call "bulk rate."

In order to get a larger percentage of your mail delivered, send your mailings out first class and use a real "live" stamp.

Direct mail is the personal medium so you want your mailings to look as personal as possible. Make your outer envelope look business like.

Don't put your company name or logo on the return address, just the address, city, state and zip. Use a live first class stamp. And watch your results blossom.
