Where you are one with the track and the friction burns your feet, coming off the last lap like a bat out of hell and wondering if you will die or blast thru that tape at a full-clip. Mostly I was a mile runner, but the 800 meter was my demon. Yes, I do remember the pain; a couple of times I would have rather died than endure the pain. High Blood Pressure Causes To Look Out For
With all the different high blood pressure causes, it's no wonder so many people suffer from this health condition. The term "silent killer" has been given to describing the results of living with undetected high blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure as I do

I had run my best times in College (all at sea level) and many invitational track meets mostly around CA.

That was a while ago. The gentleman asked me my best time, and the 800 Meter Glory Days went dancing through my head. I guess my midlife crisis must have come early I thought it was not the times I remember, rather the pain. If you can handle that, nothing else will ever shake you, indeed you can handle anything. I do not remember what my fastest 880 or 800 meter time was?

I believe I got into the 1:40's a couple of times probably not by much, maybe that was my goal, I cannot remember 1:48 comes to mind, but I cannot remember if I actually achieved it, probably did, usually I was able to make my goals in track. Of course those were the Glory Days, right?
