    Leadership and Tony Soprano
Television and movies, like history, can provide us with insights on leadership – both good and bad. The mob boss as a leader is not new. It has been explored in both movies and on television going back to the early days of both forms of entertainment. The latest television mob boss will soon be gone. Left to the world of reruns and DVDs. What was Tony Soprano taught us about leadership? Is he a leader to be emulated or to be avoided? In spite of the profession (crime), I say that many but not all of Tony’s traits are those of an e

Omega-3 Fish Oil In The Diet And Weight Loss
When embarking on a diet, most people make the decision to cut out many foods that are considered unhealthy, such as refined carbohydrates, high calorie foods and fats. However, in order to eliminate excess body fat, you need to make sure you’re eating enough of the right fats. While it’s true that some fats are not good for you, others are absolutely essential for losing weight and maintaining a healthy diet. While the body can transform carbohydrates and proteins into saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids, it cannot produce certa
Where we travel is a personal reflection of what we dream about, what we value, what we want to learn, and what we want to leave behind. We learned that the Economist loves to travel cheap. It is the thrill of the chase, the deal making, the penny pinching - done as an art, is their "mojo". Others may find the behavior compulsive or embarrassing, but every family needs an Economist!

The travel types yet to explore are: The Environmentalist, The Entertainer, The Explorer, and the Extravagant. Our focus today is the Environmentalist.

Note: The Environmentalist as I call them, does not refer to any partisan group, but for our purposes describes the individual that strives to live life and travel in harmony with their natural surroundings. See if any of the characteristics below sound like you: 1. You like to travel to remote locations.

    2. You are often off the beaten path and enjoy a more natural approach.

    3. You have really good camping gear that makes little demand on natural resources.

    4. If you are really hooked, you wear only organic materials and enjoy hemp clothing.

    5. You travel without a huge demand of oil and gas. Often, it's your own tank that runs empty at the end of the day.

    6. You enjoy silence and traveling partners that know how to give and take "space" even in each other's company. (In this sense the Environmentalist is most likely of all to want to travel alone, but may find common ground with the Explorer).

    7. Journalling is common with the Environmentalist as thoughts are valued and moments are often captured because they take the time to notice them.

    Futures Options Trading
A forward contract is a customized contract between two parties to buy or sell a specified quantity of a particular commodity at a specified price on a specified future date. Futures are exchange-traded forward contracts, i.e., forward contracts done in organized exchanges like stock or commodity exchanges.A futures contract is standardized. To be more specific, futures being traded on exchanges have terms standardized by the exchange. The standardized items in any futures contract are: the quantity of the underlying product; quali

    Auto Finance Intro
"Auto Financing" is a general term meaning how you pay for the vehicle. In most cases, cars are financed by taking out an auto loan to buy or lease the car. This involves getting a credit check. Financing your car needs as much research and homework as choosing the car. You can also get financing through the dealer or from the auto manufacturer. It's possible that dealer/manufacturer financing will cost you more, but it isn't written in stone. There will be occasions when a dealer will actually give you the best deal. Unfortunately, those

    Quick Survey To Obesity
Obesity is excessive accumulation of fat in our body and its deposition in hypoderm, omentum and other tissues and organs. The reasons for obesity are metabolic disorders: the process of fat formation from food nutrients comes faster than the process of breaking fat. Commonly obesity emerges due to systematic overeating, low physical activity and genetic factor. But it’s worthy of note that in case of “family obesity” the blame lays on family diet traditions rather than genetic background.Obesity is shown as sig

Article Directories - One Way to Rock the Net!
What is article submission? OK, you have a business to run. You have a product or a service that you wish to sell. You are internet based and therefore must become accustomed to the internet way of business. There are as many wrong ways to approach this as there are websites on the net. How will you stand out in the midst of a cyber-ocean of information? One way is to produce and publish informative articles for all to access.Article submission directories are becoming one of the net’s most prevalent trends for advert

    9. Education is important and rarely will you travel on any vacation where there is not some opportunity to learn and educate yourself - either in the traditional idea of teacher and student, or the more liberal approach of internet and non-fiction studies.

10.The Environmentalist is concerned about the mark they leave on the earth. Your goal is to leave as little imprint in nature's garden as possible. You typically spend more money on the items you purchase (from groceries to lawn care), with an aim to protect Mother Earth, and no one finds you tossing you water bottle into the ditch by the side of the road.

How did you rate? If you are 5 or above you are an Environmentalist in relative degree. If you ranked less than 5, you will probably find yourself more suited to another E-Group.

The challenges the Environmentalist faces is tolerance for others who seem to show disregard for what they cherish so dearly. Cruises, unless targeted to this group and full of only tree huggers (by other's standards), are not normally the place for this type to enjoy themselves.

A warning I might add - after spending almost 20 years traveling the globe and seeing the world through many different views, I would caution the Environmentalist that if you are engaging on a holiday for rest and needed relaxation and rejuvenation, that you not travel to countries where the resources are being gulped down at a rapid rate by the more "developed countries." You will spend more time in personal tirade and outcry than renewal.

Traveling companions of the Environmentalist need to better understand the
