In other words, they are focused on "what is" thus attracting even more of "what is" into their lives. Just become aware of what you are thinking in the very moment and you will immediately know what you are attracting to become your reality. In order to become aware, watch your feelings. If you feel bad, observe what you are thinking about because this is an indicator that you are not aligned with who you truly are and thus what you truly want.

    Now I am going to be a little bit in your face but here is a typical example of what's happening day in and day out in businesses (and I am breaking it down to a very simple level):

    You are the boss and you are giving your employee an important task to fulfill explaining why it is necessary for the company. While doing this, different thoughts might go through your mind, which often are quite different to what you are saying. You could think about your very own particular and personal benefit you have once this is done; you could think about the employee, picturing him failing; you could think about your business in general and how tiresome it is to deal with all these employees. No matter what you are thinking, this energy goes out and becomes a creation. And subconsciously your employee is picking up what you are really thinking and believing, because what you are verbally saying is only about 10% of the communication taking place, or the exchange of energy you could say. If your thoughts are not in alignment with what you verbally say, the communication becomes confusing. And it becomes worse for you because you will not get what you are truly expecting. You only get more of the same energy you emitted, more of "what is". Thoughts become things...always.

Let's say the person you gave the task was one of the middle managers. Now this person as mentioned before picked up on your thought energy, which was not aligned to what you actually talked about. Can you imagine how this person will react? Can you imagine what this manager will now tell his sub-ordinates? And the same sort of communication or energy-exchange will take place...and it has nothing to do with what you really want.

    Finally all your employees in your business will at least think totally different about the business thus "successfully" blocking success. Can you imagine what could happen if all these thoughts of people could be in alignment with what you truly want? Can you picture this powerful creation which could take place? Do you have an idea what this could mean for your business and for all people involved?

    It's time for this paradigm shift in business. It's time to learn and understand the interaction of energy. It's time to shift from the left brain to the right brain. It's time to get a balance in life...to get a life! There are no limits for us once we understand and use the power we all have within us! Some of us are doing it already and in history you will find many people being aware of this power and using it wisely.
