8. When the track swings left, go straight ahead through a gap (where a gate used to be) into a field. Bear very slightly right aiming toward the jutting out hedge ahead. Pass this then continue in the same direction for 400 yards along the edge of the field with a hedge on your left.
9. Now go onto a tree lined path, crossing over a farm track to a stile. Over this stile onto a road. Turn left and walk 300 yards to a road junction. There is a gate opposite the junction on your right, cross the gate and keep right uphill along the edge of the field with woods on your right.
