Bankruptcy and Buying a Home - 3 Benefits to Buying a Home After Bankruptcy
If you have filed bankruptcy recently, you may wonder if you can get approved for a home loan. You may also wonder if buying a home after a recent bankruptcy is a good idea for you. While a bankruptcy can make getting approved for a mortgage loan more difficult, it is still possible to get approved for a mortgage loan. In fact, there are more and more bad credit loan programs coming out all the time. Subprime lenders are focusing more on helping individuals with poor credit acheive home ownership. This is happening mostly because bankruptcies are still on the rise and there is an incre

Legal Pitfalls - Whether Or Not To Buy Foreclosure Properties
If you would like to buy foreclosure properties you must be aware of local foreclosure laws. These laws have a significant impact on the foreclosure process in any given area.Foreclosures may be vacant for a substantial time period before they can be sold as the legal process runs its course. Until a legal decision has been rendered, the property may not be sold. Investors eager to buy foreclosure properties actively seek properties in hopes of obtaining a bargain, particularly at an auction. But if an investor would like to buy foreclosure properties, he or she must understand tha
    Hemmingway’s Watamu Kenya

Hemingway’s is an intimate, privately owned hotel built at the edge of the beach-the ocean can be seen from most rooms. The impression is one of pristine whitewash and spacious stone terraces. There are two sparkling blue swimming pools, and a multitude of very tall coconut palms continually wave in the breeze. The hotel exudes a casual “up market” elegance.

It is known for deep sea fishing and is also romantic and relaxing getaway, popular with honeymooners. What makes Hemingway’s special is its attention to detail, service and pampering touches. You will be delighted by the vases of roses everywhere, the welcome basket of strawberry in your room and the interesting menus.

A newcomer to Watamu, Hemingway’s was built in 1988 on the site of the Old “seafarers” Hotel. The hotel was raised nine feet so that it would look down on the sea. From the beach there is a fortress like wall giving a rather forbidding aspect to the hotel, but when you are above, on the terrace or sitting in the dining room, you have lovely views down over the ocean and across the bay with its intriguing rock formations.

Dining/Eating at the Hemingway’s beach hotel Watamu

The bar, dining room, and reception area are in huge white rondavels with dramatic soaring thatched roofs, so distinctive of the area. The main dining room has a sunken central area for buffet, band and dance floor. Tables are arrayed around the raised circumference as well as in a “mistral’s gallery” on a higher level. Tables near windows have lovely views. Candle light dining is outside on the terrace during the gentle Kaskazi (Seasonal northeast wind) from late November to Easter. During the rest of the year, when the stronger Kusi blows, all meals are served in the main restaurant.

Hemingway’s places an emphasis on dining. There is elegance in the starched tablecloths, fresh flowers at each table, and candlelit dinners. As well as a set menu, there are a la carte choices. You can also be served unusual and tasty snacks at poolside. We had breakfast crepes smothered with strawberries and yoghurt-a real treat. Afternoon teas are included in the tariff.

Big Game/Deep Sea Fishing at the Hemingway’s Beach Hotel

The bar is a large and pleasant room with big doors opening out to the ocean terrace. It sports impressive fishing trophies such as a 750lb. blue marlin. There is a friendly sit-up central bar and comfortable rush chairs around tables. The feeling is airy, natural, and uncluttered. The hotel’s intimate nature combined with its popularity among British Kenyan and fishermen means that the bar is a place where new friends are made and fishing tales are swapped over many a drink. The manager will aptly remind you that the name Hemingway’s conjures up not only images of Africa and Fishing, but of drinking as well.

Many clients come to Hemingway’s for the deep –sea fishing. The hotel owns several twin engine boats and charters others. Full day and half day fishing trips are offered for both novice and skilled fishermen from august to May. The main billfish are sailfish and marlin.

    Accommodations - Hemingway’s Beach Hotel.

The hotel has a capacity for 175 guests. There are two wings: an older sea-view wing which has double rooms, and a brand new “superior” wing which includes triples and suites. The bedrooms of the older wing are disappointingly small for a hotel of this caliber. They are, however, close to the ocean, and afford the best sea views. The new wing is two and three-stories high and angles back from the beach. You can see to the ocean beyond the gardens and swimming pools.

    Juices Are Not Health Foods
Contrary to the ads that you may see on television, juices are not more healthful than whole fruits or vegetables. How can an extract from food be more healthful than that food? For some people, they are much less healthful. For example, a glass of orange juice contains about one tenth as much fiber as an orange and twice the calories. Diabetics shouldn't drink fruit juices because they drive blood sugar levels too high, nor should people who are trying to lose weight drink fruit juices because a rise in sugar calls out extra insulin that makes you hungry.Don't be fooled by juices that cl

    Writing Persuasive Copy that Sells
If you find that the copy gets better as your work through the particular mail piece then go back to the start and begin again as people will not read through the crap to get to the good copy. There are distinctly two things that will compel the reader to take action – firstly they buy wholeheartedly into the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) that your product / service or special report has to offer OR they feel the benefits you describe will be of great use to them! Some rules I always adopt are:Write from the buyers / readers point of view – not yours!Write
