I have to admit, it worked on me. By the time I reached the top of the escalator, I was in a better mood, and was busy having pleasant conversations with everyone around me. The good folks at the convention center understood how powerful laughter can be. In fact, it has always been, and will always be, the best way to start off any sales conversation.
