    In the last several years we have seen an increase in off shoring and outsourcing and many television commentators have made mention of this. In fact Lou Dobbs has gone out of his way to condemn some of America’s largest corporations, yet when you stop and consider why this is happening, it is not the Corporations we should be blaming but rather ourselves. Why is that you ask?
