    Public Relations for Taxation Agencies
No citizen likes to pay lots of taxes and if you'll recall some of the citizens in the United States before it was formed were quite upset with the king and his taxation. In fact if you'll recall in Boston Harbor some dressed as Indians threw some tea in the water because they were slightly upset. Ever since this time American citizens through the generations have not trusted tax agencies. There are many groups out in our society who try to get people to stop paying taxes in order to make a statement about government and taxation. Public relations for taxation agencies is therefore very important to help educate the consumer, customer and citizen of what their money is going for and why they are collecting it. Most people do not trust the Internal Revenue Service and get rather irate by audits.A good public relations program and community goodwill effort from a taxation agency can alleviate much of the stress and anger from taxpayers. Taxation agencies should be careful to have open communication lines with all major media outlets and promote how they are doing, what they're doing and why it is so vitally important to our society and civilization. This of course is not an easy proposition since no one likes to pay taxes and because our taxes keep going up and nothing seems to work right. The taxation agencies need to make sure that the people understand that they are the collection arm and if there is a problem that should be taken up with the fine folks in
The saga of an affiliate program that did not work

I came across the idea to *own* a casino in March. I looked at the various offers, carefully researched, checked for bad references and finally made a selection.

Readymade casinos, linked to windows casino looked to be the best option. It was the right type of casino, good games, fast download and it would not cripple the payment, even in weak South African Rand, converting to US Dollar.

I made the payment with baited breath after selecting the relevant name and skin, looking forward to some financial return, although being realistic enough not to expect to become *rich* overnight.

Little did I realize what horror and frustration was waiting ahead...

My first email received thanked me for joining them. So far so good. I checked that the various lists worked, and asked some friends to download the game, in order to see if the *real time* stats worked.

These friends had never heard of Windows casino, Never gambled on line, so no cookie could prevent them downloading via *my* casino, to be assigned to someone else.

Or so I thought. After all, every email told me not to *hesitate* asking if they could be of assistance.

The stats did not change. I sent off an email to Anna and asked about this as assured that my number would work if people played for real money. I was told to uninstall any version of Windows casino I had, reboot, refresh, download and check again. The stats did not change as they should.

On the 9th of August,I mailed my helpful person who prepared *my* casino, and told him that I wanted to run a competition, to spice up the local interest in the new site. He told me to speak to Anna.

She was very nice when she replied one week later and even suggested that she would keep a list of anyone who enrolled via my site, so that the draw could benefit real players.

I was mailing, writing, marketing the site in real life and on the Internet, using all the books I got via the purchase and buying various others.

The stats did not change as they should.

I mailed Readymade and Windows casinos on the 17th of August and voiced my concern about the sites. I received an email back, saying all is well and not to worry.

Financial Benefits of Outsourcing Will Bring Huge Profit to Your Business
Outsourcing, outsourcing and more outsourcing, it seems that this has become the buzzword in business circles. So why does everyone want to outsource their business process. Well there surely must be huge benefits for so many businesses to be undergoing this process on such a large scale. Financial benefits of outsourcing is so huge and immense that all firms who want to unburden themselves from the heavy workload use outsourcing to meet the growing demand of their work.More than ever, now companies and business firms are waking up to the ides of giving their work to be handled by an outside company or third party as is known in the business world. Outsourcing is very much in vogue these days. In developed countries there is an insufficient number of qualified and talented professionals. Also the price of qualified labor is very high in these countries. But this entire shortcoming in no way means that the business process takes a backstage.Work has to go on in any condition and outsourcing is the perfect answer to this. All work is mostly outsourced to developing countries. These countries have immense qualified manpower that can do your work perfectly. What is more, your work will be done at less than half the rate that professionals working in your country will require. For example if you need to pay a professional about a hundred dollars for doing a particular job, you will have to pay about twenty dollars to professionals who will do the job for you through a thi

    In My Own Image
People of all ages in business make the mistake of seeing the whole of their world in a mirror image of their own reflection. In all cases this level of ego has more disadvantages than it has advantages. They disrupt teams or prevent teams from forming. A brief description of my top five observations of people exhibiting this characteristic are:The Sales GunThis is the sales person in retail or commercial sales who has a successful method that works for them. They regularly win sales awards. They regularly exceed target. They are great rapport builders and/or great closers of a sale. Their methods at times may sail close to the limit of what the organisation wants to represent their values. However, they get the sale. They don't know too much about the organisation's products. They have been tried as a sales manager but it was not for them. They have tried to coach junior sales people but only those people who think like them seem to be able to learn from them. The sales gun as described above has a narrow focus around what has always worked for them. New ideas are to be treated in a satirical fashion or ignored.Their inability to assimilate new ideas may be acceptable if life is not changing. They resist change. In any organisation undergoing significant change, the sales gun described as above is usually a casualty. That is because they are afraid to move out of their comfort zone. The Autocratic ManagerWhat they

    Perky Voices = Perky Sales
It’s easy to sell someone who is in a great mood, don’t you agree? But why do most people we call sound grumpy? Can’t we just once run into someone who has won the lottery and wants to share?Imagine how many more sales you could make if say, 90% of those with whom you spoke started to sound nice, supportive, upbeat, and receptive. That would surely beat guarded and suspicious, right?Well, here’s the good news. You can control and alter their receptivity by inserting a quick vocal trick. But first, let me set the stage. You’re cold calling, and you’re put through to Mr. Smith. His assistant connected you, and he doesn’t know why, or know you, so he sounds like he’s speaking from a cocoon.“Hello,” he grumbles.Stop here. How do you normally respond, tonally?I’ll tell you. You’ll match his grumbling tone. If he’s down in the dumps, you’ll jump down there, too!And that’s a big problem, because it’s hard to sell anybody when you both sound depressed. Here comes the trick to your rescue.Backtrack to his grumpy “hello.” Instead of allowing your voice to decline, consciously contrast it with his.Ask his name, don’t state it. “Hello, Mr. Smith?”This should instantly elevate his voice into a more upbeat, optimistic range, into a range of greater receptivity. From that point, continue your presentation as you normally would.Prove the value of this technique to yourself. I’m sure you’ll agree tha

Writing more articles, marketing the site via email and the Internet, I decided to try and trust to some extent. I asked a very brilliant web designer ( he wins international awards for his work), to set up a mirror site for me in order to see what traffic we drove to Windows casino on a daily basis, as I didn't want to trouble Anna daily.

The stats on my page did not change, even though it showed hundreds of people clicking the site, answering the competition question. We could trace them to the point of clicking *download*.

The Windows casino stats did not change.

I decided to wait until the 15th of September before checking the stats again. After all, twice before I was assured everything was fine.

The stats had not changed at all. I spoke to my web master who mirrored the traffic up to the point of customers clicking to download the Windows casino game. He said it was IMPOSSIBLE. I mailed Anna.

    Hi Anna

I have waited until after the 15 th of September before I checked your records for any people downloading the casino software via my affiliate page.

As you know we running a competition and with my web master's skill I can actually keep track of exactly how many people , that is UNIQUE links or people I sent to the door of where they download the software from your page.

At first I questioned the counting of correct clicks. Now I am very concerned.

I am going to quote you figures and then I would like you to go the the page where I check my records at your casino and see that something very serious is wrong.

*297 distinct links to the download page up to date. and distinct could be more than 1 person on the same IP *according to our script that records every click to the download - *we sent you 1389 who was on the site.*

You honestly want to tell me only 9 of those people , of which 8 are friends of mine downloaded the games not one single person played even for ten dollars?

I find that impossible to believe.

I would appreciate if you can get back to me on this at your earliest convenience, or call me

I also know for a fact of at least ONE person who played at the live poker room for real money ( that is Party poker) Thanking you in advance.

    I mailed Readymade casinos too.
