And I told her that’s her hook. You’d have to torture most of us to actually sit down and learn everything she knows about Excel. Most of us just don't have the time or patience.

And I said, if you simply take what you know, put it in a book in "baby talk" (in other words, pretend you are explaining things to a small child) and you will have a product people will stand in line to buy.
