    QuickBooks and Small Business Accounting
According to statistics, close to 1 million people will start a small business in the U.S. Unfortunately, at least 400,000 (40%) of those businesses will fail within the first year and more than 800,000 (80%) of them will be out of business within 5 years and 960,000 (96%) will have closed their doors before their 10th year in business. The tw

    Interactive Marketing, Revisited
Like their audiences, marketers themselves are fans of the new and improved. In recent years, cross-channel pragmatism has often given way to online mania as advertisers pour money into search, e-mail and video marketing campaigns.Any marketing professional who prowls the Net for information has seen this pattern – an indictment of traditiona
I have seen my site hit #3 at Google, and some of my fellow entrepreneurs are wondering how I did it. Well, it's no big secret, and it won't cost you anything but your time. Here's what I did:

    1. I searched online for information about the title and description tags to get a better idea of what they should say. http://www.selfpromotion.com is a great site for this kind of information. It's all about search engine positioning, and it's free to sign up. However, your account only stays active for 4 weeks, after which the webmaster asks that you donate money to his site to keep your account active.

    2. I used Overture's free keyword tool at http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/. Just enter keywords that are relevant to your site, and Overture will generate the most popular search terms that people are using. I picked the most popular terms (making sure they were relevant), and made a list of keywords for each page of my site in Notepad.

Finding The Right Career: Defining The Job That Best Suits You!
Some twenty or thirty years ago, finding the right career was restricted by lack of global internet tools, limited by more old-fashioned (if you will) values and opinions, and less important than “finding yourself.” I remember when my therapist, the savior of all saviors as far as I’m concerned, laughed with me over how I had gone

      Mannequin Beginnings
Human beings are extremely unique in their existence on Earth because of their desire to copy and create. Perhaps one of the most interesting examples, of this desire manifested, is the invention and design of mannequins, still life replicas of the human form. Today these uncanny imitations of the human, three-dimensional images are most closely a

      Vending Machines in Schools
Vending machines in schools are a convenient alternative for students to get snacks, chocolate bars, and water all through the school day. Just like adults, children are required to drink six to eight glasses of water to maintain water balance. Vending machines in school premises are very helpful for students as they provide a wide choice of snacks

    10. Next, I visited http://www.scrubtheweb.com/abs/meta-check.html. This handy tool will check your meta tags and tell you if there are too many characters in your title, keyword and description. The above site is just one of many meta tag analyzers available on the net, so beware - every analyzer says something different when it comes to how many characters your meta tags should have. My advice? Pick one and stick with it, at least for a while. Otherwise, you will just get frustrated.
