Raiders: Brooks is Back, but Walter to Start
The Oakland Raiders announced that quarterback Aaron Brooks has been cleared from the injured player to return full-scale practices this week. However the eight-year veteran will not be put on the starting roster for Monday night's game against Seattle. Brooks was recovering from a severe strained right pectoral muscle for seven weeks already.
