Christians all over the world will all be tempted in different ways. One problem we all will face is being tempted to conform to the world. Daily demands will distract us and only the ones who focus entirely on God will succeed in being different in this world.

Too many days can be spent alone. Too many days can be lost to failure or fear. Too many days can be lost in pity. Finding your meaning and direction in life, living your life purpose, will change that forever.

There are no better people to be around than those who have a zest for life and a joy in their hearts. Few as there may be, when you meet one you just know it. There’s something about them that draws you inward, some call it a persons, “Persona”, I believe God would call it your, ”Passion.”

Thus, we realize and understand that we cannot escape boundaries. Wherever we go and whatever we do, we encounter boundaries of some type. The boundary that we hear about less often is the boundary between line between time and eternity. Death is the great divide.

Do you ever feel that what you read in some Christian books is not really God’s truth at all, but is merely the opinion of the writer, dressed up in the clothing of truth? One such teaching is that we have to work very hard to please God, because he is just about fed up with us because of all our shortcomings. This is a teaching that is just plain wrong, according to Darin Hufford, and in his book, “The God’s Honest Truth,” he sets out to correct it.

The world’s idea of justice and freedom fall short of their purpose. Prison bars keep the guilty from repeating their crime while behind them. They cannot change the person. Freedom comes with a price. We have to take responsibility for our actions. We are never free from the tensions of living on the earth. We must pay the price of making a living and existing among people of different temperaments and cultures. Being in Christ is the perfect answer because he has already paid the price for our sins.

The inescapable fact of the matter is that by ourselves, we cannot do what is right. We just do not make the grade. Knowing the rules whether they are golden or silver, do not make us able to obey them. We keep on falling into a trap called sin.

We diminish the integrity of our prayers when we foolishly attempt to use God as a means of straightening out the mess we, ourselves, have created. Getting yourself in debt and begging God to get you out from under is not praying. Mumbling words to Him when your back is against the wall is not praying.

Symbolism has always been important in man's development. All things are symbols. They are roadsigns or landmarks of where you are in your thinking at any particular time in the physical world. It is a simple thing to see how one is thinking just by looking at the things one gathers around oneself. But symbols can separate you from the source of your power. Danger lies in the symbol of Jesus, the cross, the Ferrari or anything that causes you to deny your power.

Words, like music, convey an experience that transcends intellectual understanding. In this short passage I share reflections of an experience of being truly myself. As you read it allow youself to tune into your own inner emotional experience.

All is consciousness. The scriptures are the Creature's manual on how to use consciousness. There are four gospels that correspond to the four aspects of your consciousness: memory, thought, feeling, and action... as the higher law of God, his mind, and heart, and works.

We are powerful individuals. When combined together, we hold the key to our future on the Earth. We have the ability to shift the energetic structure of the planet. When enough individuals hold the same intention, prayer and thoughts of peace for all, then it brings a very powerful energy into being - the power of LOVE.

I love recipe books...looking through them, collecting them, and occasionally even using them. I suppose just having them is rather like a safety net. It's always mind assuring to know they are there just in case... But unless they are opened up and used, all the secrets inside will forever remain hidden from view. It will benefit no one. God is an inviting God. He invited Mary to birth His Son, the disciples to fish for men, the adulterous woman to start over, and Thomas to touch His wounds. God is the King who prepares the place, sets the table, and invites His subjects to come in. In fact, it seems His favorite word is come.
