Are You Being In Service? Divine Source

I am going to ask you a few questions so that you can simply ask yourself where you stand within your heart and mind, to know whether you are being in service or in servitude.

Salvation: The Divine Imperative

Paul and Silas were escorted to the lowered dungeon, uncomfortable, in chains, mistreated, hurting and still probably bleeding from the beatings. One would expect them to be belligerent, angry, complaining but instead we find them singing and rejoicing. At midnight when it would seem they would have been trying to rest and soothe themselves, they prayed and sang praises to God.

Independence and Abundant Life

Leading reinforcements and positive thinking trails to a future of accomplishment and abundance may be difficult for the average person, but those steeped in an experience of hard work, goal setting, achievement and courage find the relief of having faith and knowing abundance is a gift. What grand gift have you received willingly? Try this one on for size. I bet it fits!

Will the World Really End on December 12, 2012?

Coming to Jesus

I believe that we all can live forever if we believe in Gods word and apply it to our daily existence. We can no longer as Christians live our lives next to the life stile of the un-believers.

Slow Leak

I recently just had 4 new tires put on my mini van but soon afterwards, I noticed the front passenger tire kept losing air. Each time air was added to it, it would soon leak out again. This was a call for action, time to take it back to the garage and let them tell me what I didn't want to hear. I had run over a tiny nail somewhere and now my tire was no longer good as new. But, after a small plug was inserted it is now back to it's original state, holding air and just like new again. I realized this is alot like our Christian walk. Is yours leaking?

Shallow Victories

Do you ever wonder if a life of faith is worth it? I once read that is a mark that you're living right, and perhaps it is. Still, it's difficult to look around and see people getting away with acting in ways that are clearly in defiance of our faith - and getting away with it! Fortunately, we know that the Lord also sees this, and we are assured that He will deal with it in His way and timing. This story tells how to find humor in such frustrating situations, and how to rest in knowing that in the end, it will all work out for good.

Pebbles of Wisdom

It's not easy to face old habits to change. Most of us don't do it until we are up against the wall. But once we do, we realize the rewards are will worth the pain.

Is It Safe To Walk Into Your Doctor's Office?

Are you aware of the not so obvious perils of walking into your doctor's office/ No, I'm not talking about the bacteria and viruses. Rather I'm talking about something even more dangerous, the effects on your bio-field of what your doctor thinks about illness.

The Greatest Gift

In human terms the loneliest feeling that one can experience is to believe that no one knows you are alive and the most hurtful thing is to be ignored. Although the creator cannot be hurt in any fashion, the only desire that he/she has is to experience itself, to be recognized and acknowledged.

The Garden of Agony (Part 2)

So it is with all of us who confront our garden; whether we are on our beds of affliction, behind prison walls, or just struggling to live in the midst of life’s chaos and pettiness and brokenness. We know that when we get to Gethsemane, nothing else matters.
