The Star of Bethlehem
Every Christmas the Yuletide card portrays a silver star in a navy blue sky and every year the same heavenly object sparkles from the top of the decorated evergreen. At season's end the three wise men and their fellow shepherds gather at a hastily set up manger for the familiar nativity scene. In other cultures, persons with natural shamanic gifts are selected at a young age, trained and initiated.

You Must Feel to Heal!
Physical illnesses in my view result from an individual's reluctance to feel feelings such as sadness, hurt and disappointment that live inside them and that are trying to warn them that something is wrong. Without feeling these feelings and taking appropriate action any other approach to healing is only temporary and symptomatic.

It doesn’t matter what magazine or newspaper you pick up these days, there it is! the evidence of violence; the killing of innocent people, the terror of aggression and destruction.
