Why are we really here? Do we have a destination to fulfill or is our existence just by chance? The answer is yes, we have a definite purpose on this earth. Do you know what yours is?

Giving has its own reward. What you give you get back many times over. It is an opportunity to express your truth, who you are. Give not from guilt, obligation or fear because it is not your truth. Giving is a physical manifestation of who you believe yourself to be it is show and tell.

What really binds us to any negative emotional state in which we find ourselves suffering is this: choice.

Every soul that is currently experiencing life on any level begins and ends as a whole. Our essence – the very core of our spiritual being – remains One with God. We always have been, and always will be, a part of ‘the whole’ that is the God-consciousness level. Our soul essence, which began as whole, remains whole throughout the soul growth process, and will still be whole when the growth process has been completed and we no longer leave the whole to pursue our own life studies...

With all of today’s technology, the business world is in competition, the hours you need to work are getting longer and the work is more exhausting. If there is travel involved, it is sure to add more work time and less time to relax.

If ever you find yourself in a confrontation make sure that you separate your true self from any outside influence. For instance if one were to experience a disagreement with a co-worker, start your own healing and ultimately the healing of the relationship by unrelentingly remaining connected with your breath or a mantra; whatever it is it must be powerful and meaningful to you and must shake you to the awareness that you are not your thoughts and you are not the thoughts of the other party. Only from this state of awareness can a sufficient amount of separation occur to allow for a new compassionate viewpoint.
