I am going to ask you a few questions so that you can simply ask yourself where you stand within your heart and mind, to know whether you are being in service or in servitude.

How long can we wait? As Christians, we read this and are still looking for God’s action. Even the coming of Jesus didn’t slow down the wickedness we see all around us. And, often times, this wickedness pervades our lives and slows us down. How long, O God?

Sometimes in our dreams we are visited by a stranger, some ominous personality that we do not recognize and we do not know if this is a good stranger or a not so good stranger. Sometimes we feel a negative energy around us and do not like this feeling. Is this really an angel? Is this really a guide? How do we know who to trust?

Belief in the religious sense, is the opposite of faith - because it is a fervent wishing or hope, a compulsive clinging to the idea that the universe is arranged and governed in such and such a way. Belief is holding to a rock; faith is learning how to swim - and this whole universe swims in boundless space.” - Alan Watts

The spiritually dead church. In my life, as a minister's son, I have seen many spiritually dead churches. There is no love, or working of the spirit. Some churches, have become a haven, for social gatherings, gossip meetings, and condemnation.

Many of us have been taught that it is wrong to be angry. This thinking weighs heavily in both the sacred and secular domains. Is that thinking right or wrong?

Have you ever been Had? God says He doesn’t want us to forget. We say, we just want to be healed. Has Good or Proud ever gotten in the way of you being Healed? There have been more Hads than Good or Proud may ever know. And sometimes it takes a Has Been to know a Had.

Even as I started dating a Chinese girl, I knew I was embarking on a remarkable adventure. I just had no idea where and how far the adventure would take me. The more events unfolded, the more I realized that my view of the world and how I lived in it were being profoundly and permanently altered... If the problem with marrying a gentile was that my religion prohibited intermarriage, why should that bother me? Perhaps not everything in Judaism made sense, and as an intelligent and thinking individual I could take from my heritage what I felt was meaningful and disregard the rest...

Imagine for a moment. It’s Tuesday night about 7pm. You are excited and full of energy even though your day has been stressful and long. You have invited a group of like-hearted, spiritually-focused friends together in your living room to share and explore living as Soul.

Grace is that which affords joy, pleasure, sweetness and delight. It’s good will, loving-kindness and favour demonstrates the merciful kindness by which God, exerting his holy influence upon the hearts and souls of believers, centres them in Christ, increasing them in knowledge and love as they walk according to His Spirit and not according to their own ways.

That we must live with imperfections is a fact of life that cannot be denied. We must come to terms with the silent and perennial truth that the field of human life will always consist of the good, the bad and the ugly coexisting together.

Why do bad things happen to good people? Surely this is a question all of us ask from time to time. Some of Jesus’ listeners asked Him the same question.

For the Lord searches every heart and understands every motive behind the thoughts; For who among men knows the thoughts of man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

In the interest of mankind the Angels are delivering messages full of hope, love and joy for a better today and a better tomorrow. I have agreed to be this channel.

I tell you, my friends do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after the killing of the body has power to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him.

My motives were pure and my heart was thankful, but my understanding of God was wrong. It hit me when I used the word remember.

It really does not matter what lies ahead in the days ahead, rest assured, God knows and has it all under His divine control. Everything is proceeding in accordance with His divine purpose and will.

The problems associated with stress and anxiety continue to run rampant. Crime, alcoholism, suicide, obesity, heart disease, drug abuse -- the list goes on and on -- can at least to some extent be traced back to the effects of stress and anxiety on individuals and communities. Unless we begin to tame the stress and anxiety beasts that exist in our own lives we cannot hope to begin to control the larger societal issues that these two killer syndromes enflame.

Are you easily swayed by others' feelings and opinions? Do you find that when you are around someone who is upset or negative, that suddenly you are too? Learn how you can prevent this from occurring, and feel calm and centered even when those around you are depressed, angry, or overwhelmed.

If we are to relieve our stress once and for all, we must know for sure. And the only way to know for sure is to plainly see the false. Within the false images of life we create is the seeds of stress, and only when we can see clearly is the stress ended.

Anxiety disorder is a term that covers many different types of nervous conditions that cause anxiousness, feelings of fear or other unwanted, counterproductive or irrational feelings.
